In the dimly lit living room, Mr. Christopher brewed several cups of black tea and brought them to the tea table.
Mr. Christopher certainly knew, or rather recognized Marvin's identity. When Princess Katerina chose the Church of Truth, he was also present; in the evening, he saw Princess Katerina and Marvin alighting from the same carriage and could naturally identify the other party's identity at a glance.
To be fair, there was always a competitive relationship between churches, as they vie for believers, and it wouldn't be strange for them to undertake any sort of actions for this cause, but Mr. Christopher still let Marvin and his group into his home.
