Colin was astonished, finding it incredible to see such a large group of mermaids, some of whom looked quite familiar.
If he wasn't mistaken, these had to be the same mermaids they had rescued before...
Only, aside from the dozen or so that had escaped, there were also several dozen others, equally beautiful but dressed in blue scale armor resembling dresses, their gaze towards them filled with hostility.
Unlike those they had saved, the animosity they exuded was almost tangible.
Following Colin's gaze, Dog Brother and the others also noticed the mermaids and were immediately surprised.
In their view, these Fishmen had fled before and would most likely have gone far away, never to be seen again, but unexpectedly, they had come looking for them...
