Colin's gaze slightly solidified as flames erupted violently from his body, nearly engulfing the entire area.
The others were equally shocked, each drawing their weapons and looking towards the source of the sound.
There, in that spot, seemingly out of nowhere, stood a figure draped in a thick black robe, their specific features and body shape obscured.
What made Colin and the rest even more cautious was the fact that, aside from being visible, everything else about this person was undetectable.
This feeling was very strange; they could clearly see there was someone before them, but their brains told them there was no one there.
