If it were in a game... after reading this book, one might gain knowledge or skills about the "Rite of Sublimation" while losing sanity points.

What it described was not actually referring to the ephemeral image of the "Celestial Chariot", but was prophesying the Book of Truth, the "Book of the Celestial Chariot", which would be born decades later.
