The fragrant soy milk, Ji Yun decided to have some after all.
Having come this far, if she really had returned to the day of the disaster three years later, she couldn't have tasted any of these authentic delicacies.
Just as she got up to pay, Ji Yun noticed in the corner of the stall, at a low table, a disheveled woman was seated.
Her soy milk was finished, yet she remained there, muttering to herself.
"You're really bringing bad luck, ordering two bowls, one for yourself and one to offer there as if it were an altar in your home, go away!" The auntie selling soy milk picked up a tablecloth and waved it at the disheveled woman.
The disheveled woman didn't know how to defend herself and could only stammer, unable to utter a complete sentence.
"Don't come to my stall again, honestly! Early in the morning, not only is there a solar eclipse, but there's also you!" The soy milk auntie's voice grew heavier, as though she had her own worries to vent as well.
