Having declined the strong entreaties of Master Xuan Nan and other Shaolin monks, Fang Bai, Ghost Hand, Long Jingtian, and Dragon Maiden together said their farewells and descended the mountain to leave Shaolin.
When they left, Xuan Nan, Xuan Ku, Jueren, and other Shaolin monks accompanied Fang Bai's party all the way to the Reception Pavilion at the foot of the mountain.
Ghost Hand had sought justice for his sect, and having let go of all the resentment in his heart after leaving Shaolin, he wore a smile on his face, appearing to be in a very good mood.
Long Jingtian and Dragon Maiden were headed back to the Dragon Guard headquarters in Yanjing, while Fang Bai and his disciples were preparing to return home to Zhongzhou for the New Year. The four braved the wind and snow and, when they arrived at a crossroads, exchanged pleasantries, folded their hands in a salute, and parted ways.
