By around four in the afternoon, the number of patients in the square had not decreased but instead increased even more.
Many of those who came later were patients who had heard about the free clinic with renowned experts and had traveled from far places to get here.
When they found out that the free clinic was only for one day and that it would end in an hour, those who were still in line were greatly disappointed.
