Upon hearing Alice's words, everyone turned to look at her with surprise.
Even the elder who was meticulously searching for items with a magnifying glass couldn't help but turn his head for a glance at Alice, then shook his head with a smile and paid no more attention.
The shop owner's eyes sparkled, but his face revealed a struggle as he then said, "Miss, are you interested in buying our town's treasure?"
"Yes, is there a problem?" Alice asked curiously.
"To be honest, there's only one such treasure in our shop, and it's usually not for sale. It represents the symbol of our store, and if it were to be sold, our shop's aura and luck would drop significantly. It might even affect the foundation of our business, leading to dreadful sales," the shop owner explained at length.
What he meant was that he didn't really want to sell the town's treasure.
