By the time the fat man caught up, panting heavily, Qin Hai frowned and said, "Why haven't you left yet?"
"Ah!" The fat man was stunned for a moment, but then chuckled bitterly, "Minister Qin, are you going to fire me, too?"
"Leaving your post during work hours, neglecting your duties, what do you think, should I fire you?" Qin Hai snorted before continuing, "And you even want to compete with me for women, if not you then whom should I fire?"
The fat man had been feeling utterly dejected, but when he heard the latter part of the statement, he immediately realized Qin Hai was joking with him.
