Bai Xiaosheng put down his glass and looked at Ron.
Before he came, he'd had a premonition that this meal would be more than just a meal.
Indeed, his feeling had come true.
"Is it business or personal?" Bai Xiaosheng asked with a smile.
If it had been personal, Ron wouldn't have been so serious.
"It's business," Ron said, taking off his plastic gloves with some hesitation, "but I think you should listen to it as if it were personal."
Oh?
With that, Bai Xiaosheng became somewhat intrigued.
Still, he could tell that Ron was still a bit hesitant.
"Ron, do you trust my character?" Bai Xiaosheng asked.
"Of course, I've spoken with Lola, and she said you're absolutely a reliable friend. From my interactions with you these past days, I also think you're a trustworthy man, which is why I called you out," Ron shrugged.
