Mo Shangjun walked away at a distance when Ji Ruonan noticed something was amiss. She snapped out of the emotions of being previously rejected.
She followed the direction in which Mo Shangjun had left.
She saw Lin Yuyu's group confronting Sheng Xia, and for some reason, Sheng Xia had gained the upper hand. Lin Yuyu was already defeated, but Sheng Xia relentlessly pursued her, her punches and kicks viciously striking Lin Yuyu's vital points, leaving her no chance even to cry out "I give up".
Ji Ruonan suddenly realized what was happening.
On instinct, she wanted to catch up with Mo Shangjun but had barely taken a step forward when two hands stretched out in front of her, blocking her path.
One on the left and the other on the right, it was Mu Cheng and Peng Yuqiu.
"Instructor Ji, this isn't your concern."
"Instructor Mo will handle it."
Mu Cheng and Peng Yuqiu said to Ji Ruonan, one after the other, their tones carrying a slight hint of warning.
