Lu Han was here, and Tang Su hadn't gone far; she merely turned away to answer Wu Jie's call, "Hi, Wu Jie."
Despite the twists and bizarre turns in her family matters, Tang Su didn't want Wu Jie to know about the troubles on her end, so her tone sounded fairly light.
"I haven't interrupted your cozy time with Doctor Lu, have I? Or your family reunion?" Wu Jie guessed she was busy, hence the careful questioning.
"No, you haven't interrupted anything."
"That's good. I'm calling to ask if you're free tomorrow? My competition is at two in the afternoon. I could pick you up in the morning and we could have lunch together, and then go to the track?"
Wu Jie naturally invited both her and Lu Han.
"Hm? Is it tomorrow? That's so soon?"
"No, the competition was moved up because of the weather," Wu Jie explained.
