(Elena's Pov)
After forming the party, we headed in one of the directions. There are total of four party members, including myself. Chloe, Reina and I had decided to form party of four each so that our mobility is not restricted with high numbers while also we can get support from the party members without having to fight alone.
That is why a four-five members are enough but not more than that. After sometime when I left Chloe and Reina as I headed in one of the directions with my three party members, we reached an area that has more space. Then-
"Ow!"
"Argh!"
"Gah!"
"Wh-What is happening!?" I got confused as watching my comrades fall on the floor unconsciously.
I had witnessed the laser shots that was used.
"Don't tell me, it is... modernized weapon..." I muttered as I looked around who did it.
