It's been three days since Orion had a conversation with Geo, fellow Arbiters, and Chloe. Jystice had sent every Arbiter an official letter to be present at the same day when Orion had meetings with Geo and other arbiters. Today is the time when every single arbiter should be present as well as all paladins. It was mentioned that every Arbiter should be available during this time or they would face penalty. So, Arbiters had to announce that they will be unavailable in their assigned cities to do their job because they have to attend the important meeting.
