I am in a Forest of Death, hunting. My quest is to defeat ten goblins.
While Im in my way to do my quest the two guards who give me a teleportation paper wondering again and they're again finding the Princess.
' is the Princess of this kingdom a troublemaker? '
A question appeared in my head.
As I know the Princess here loves to sneak out from the palace and play outside. Even though the King hired so many guards to prevent the princess from playing. The Princess always find a way to scape.
' well that's that. Let's just focus on my quest '
I focus my attention to my quest rather than thinking something else.
After one whole our passed.
I managed to complete the quest.
' it's an easy quest if you really have an equipment '
I let out a wide grin while heading out to the guild again to submit my completed subjugation quest and get my rewards.
As I was about to exit the forest Margaret's voice called out my name.
" Alex!! "
I looked at where the voice came from and as I expected. A small girl with a blue hair standing and waving her small hand.
" oh hey Margaret! "
I also wave my hand and called out her name.
Margaret's now have four more companion with her. A one tall lady with a body's full of muscle, a slender girl with a sharp eye, and a girl with carefree eye's.
' that must be her party members '
A party of four women with a good balance line up.
One tanker, two dealers, and one support.
' that's a pretty good line up, so that's the reason why they're all Rank A '
As I was evaluating the A rank party in front of me. Margaret run towards me with a big grin in her face and ask.
" Alex did you already completed your quest for today? "
She asked and look at me with expectant eyes.
" yes I defeat 10 goblins today and also I'm already heading to adventurer guild "
I answered her question with a slight smile in my face.
" oh really?! that's good then! "
After hearing my answer Margaret check my body if I'm not hurt and when she confirmed that I'm totally ok she became so happy.
She also tried to pat my head but due to the gap of our height's she can't reach out my head. So I took the liberty to slightly bow my head and let her pat it.
' It felt good somehow '
I didn't dislike it by Margaret's hand patting my head, instead it brings me a bit of comfort and calm me down.
Margaret's as if having fun is giggling while patting my head.
And someone interrupted with a fierce voice.
" hey Margaret it's time already so hurry up "
The one with a sword shelth in her waist said.
" oh ok... then good job Alex! and I advice you to take another quest! The more quest you complete the more money you can get! "
Margaret hesitate for a bit and start to run towards her party member's again while waving her hand and saying that I should take on another quest.
" ok!! I'll think about it! "
I replied to her and also wave my hand.
' doing another quest right after I complete one huh..... that should be ok, I'm also fine right now '
As I was having those thoughts Margaret's party start to enter the forest and slowly fading at my sight.
And I also start to walk again heading towards Ivory Guild.

I stopped at front of the Ivory Guild and checked my status.

As I'm about to head in surprisingly Cedric called out my name.
" oh Alex "
Cedric always wear those cunning smile and a calculative eyes and looking at me.
" hello guild master "
I greet Cedric and bow my head.
[ Alex this one is strange ]
While bowing my head Rev talked and said that Cedric is strange.
Apparently I'm the only one who can hear Rev.
" It's ok Alex, there's no need to bow down your head "
Cedric said while putting his arms in my shoulders.
" by the way Alex did you complete your goblin quest already? "
Cedric asked with a curious eyes but I was puzzled by what he just said.
" yes but how did you know that I take an goblin subjugation quest? "
I asked, curious why he knows what quest I picked out.
Hearing those question. Cedric let out a surprised expression for a mere second and said.
" I'm the guild master here so it's only natural that I know who or what "
Cedric replied to my question wearing his usual expression again.
" anyway come on Alex let's both in "
Cedric said, hurrying me up to enter with him.
" oh ok let's go "
I noticed that Cedric wants to quickly change the subject and I also decided to not dig any deeper into it therefore I let it slide this time.
' I should be wary of him anytime '
But I told myself that I would always be wary of him from now on.
' he's dangerous in so many ways and also he's unknown just like Rev said.... he's a strange one '
I heard Rev say that Cedric is strange so I told myself over and over to be wary of him while walking ahead facing Reyna who's her check as red as tomato and her both hands are covering her beautiful face while still peeking at our direction.
' Reyna is a rare one but not dangerous? I think? '
I convinced myself that Reyna is just a rare one you can meet and not a dangerous fellow like Cedric.
