As the ship ascended through the glowing light, the crew felt the atmosphere around them shift. They braced themselves for whatever awaited on the 4th floor.
Blackbeard, with a mix of curiosity and excitement, observed their surroundings. "Aye, seems like we're headin' to the 4th floor."
Ritsuka, deep in thought, addressed him. "Do you know what the 4th floor might be?"
Blackbeard shrugged. "Each floor's been different, themed around legends and places. If I had to guess, maybe somethin' related to America."
Ritsuka nodded. "That's what I was thinking. It might be based on the American Lostbelt."
As they emerged into the new environment, the scene before them was vastly different from what they had seen before. The sky was a brilliant blue, and vast plains stretched out as far as the eye could see. In the distance, a grand, gleaming city blended elements of ancient architecture with futuristic technology.
Ritsuka narrowed his eyes. "It looks like a mix of different eras...almost like a utopian version of America."
Drake stepped forward, focusing on the distant city. "Whatever this place is, it looks like our next challenge lies there."
Sigurd, Brynhildr, and the other Servants remained alert, ready for any signs of danger. "We'll need to stay vigilant," Sigurd advised. "This place might look peaceful, but we can't let our guard down."
Ritsuka nodded. "Agreed. Let's move forward and see what awaits us on this floor."
As they advanced, they couldn't shake the feeling that they were being watched. The pristine landscape seemed too perfect, almost like an illusion. With each step, they prepared for whatever trials the 4th floor had in store for them, determined to uncover the truth and continue their journey.
As they ventured further into the landscape, the crew noticed subtle shifts in the environment. The pristine plains gave way to rolling hills, each crest revealing more of the strange amalgamation of time periods. The ancient ruins stood side by side with futuristic skyscrapers, creating a surreal tapestry of history and possibility.
Ritsuka and his team advanced cautiously, keeping an eye out for any threats. The air was thick with an eerie stillness, making every step seem louder than it should have been.
Marie Alter, emerging from the shadows, surveyed the area with a frown. "This place feels...unnatural. Like a dream or a memory that doesn't quite fit."
Ritsuka nodded. "Be on guard, everyone. We don't know what kind of surprises this floor might have."
As they neared the outskirts of the gleaming city, a figure appeared on the horizon. The silhouette became clearer as they approached, revealing a tall, imposing figure clad in a mix of Native American and futuristic attire.
The figure raised a hand in greeting, and the crew halted, preparing for a potential confrontation.
"Welcome, travelers," the figure called out. "I am Geronimo, guardian of this floor. State your purpose."
Ritsuka stepped forward. "We seek to ascend through the floors and find the source of this anomaly. We mean no harm."
Geronimo nodded slowly, his eyes narrowing. "Your intentions will be tested. To proceed, you must prove your worth through trials that reflect the heart and spirit of this land."
Blackbeard grumbled. "Aye, always with the tests and trials. Just once, I'd like a straightforward path."
Geronimo's expression remained stern. "The straightforward path rarely reveals true strength. Follow me, and you shall face the trials."
The crew followed Geronimo through the outskirts of the city and into a vast arena that appeared to blend elements of nature and technology. The ground beneath them shimmered with a mix of grass and circuitry, creating a dynamic battlefield.
Geronimo turned to face them. "Your first trial will test your unity and ability to work together. Only through cooperation can you overcome this challenge."
As he spoke, the arena began to shift, creating a series of obstacles and adversaries that the crew would need to navigate and defeat. The ground split into platforms, some rising and falling unpredictably, while holographic enemies materialized, ready to attack.
Ritsuka quickly organized his team. "Tametomo, provide ranged support. Sigurd and Brynhildr, take the front lines. Tenochtitlan, Kriemhilde, and Jack, flank the enemies. Odysseus, use your tactics to control the battlefield. Marie Alter, stay with me and support where needed."
The team moved into position, each member executing their role with precision. Arrows flew from Tametomo's bow, striking down holographic foes with pinpoint accuracy. Sigurd and Brynhildr clashed with the enemy at the front, their swords blazing with power. Tenochtitlan and Kriemhilde darted around the sides, using their agility to outmaneuver their opponents, while Jack used her stealth to deliver deadly strikes from the shadows.
Odysseus, ever the strategist, coordinated their movements, calling out commands to ensure that they remained cohesive and efficient. Marie Alter provided support with her dark magic, reinforcing their defenses and weakening their enemies.
The battle raged on, but the team's unity and coordination allowed them to push through the obstacles and defeat the holographic adversaries. As the last enemy fell, the arena returned to its neutral state, and Geronimo nodded approvingly.
"You have proven your ability to work together as a unit," Geronimo said. "But there are more trials ahead. Follow me."
The crew followed Geronimo to another part of the arena, where a series of intricate puzzles awaited them. These puzzles required both intellect and intuition to solve, challenging their minds as well as their strength.
Ritsuka and his team worked together to decipher the puzzles, combining their unique perspectives and skills to unlock each solution. With each puzzle solved, they felt a deeper connection to the land and to each other, reinforcing their determination to see their journey through.
As the final puzzle was solved, the arena transformed once more, revealing a path leading to a grand structure at the heart of the city.
Geronimo gestured towards the path. "You have demonstrated your unity and intellect. Now, you must face the final trial. At the end of this path lies the true guardian of this floor. Defeat them, and you may ascend to the next level."
With a mixture of anticipation and resolve, Ritsuka and his team proceeded down the path, ready to face whatever challenge awaited them. The city seemed to come alive as they walked, the buildings humming with energy and the air crackling with anticipation.
As they reached the grand structure, they found themselves standing before a massive set of doors adorned with intricate carvings. The doors slowly opened, revealing a vast chamber within. At the center of the chamber stood a lone figure, radiating an aura of immense power.
The figure turned to face them, revealing a familiar face. It was none other than Nikola Tesla, but with an otherworldly glow that suggested he was more than just a Servant.
"I am the guardian of this floor," Tesla announced. "To ascend, you must defeat me in combat."
Ritsuka's eyes widened. "Tesla? But why are you here?"
Tesla smiled enigmatically. "I have been chosen to test your resolve and strength. Show me that you are worthy of continuing your journey."
With that, Tesla raised his hands, summoning bolts of lightning that crackled through the air. The chamber resonated with the sound of thunder as the battle began.
Ritsuka and his team spread out, each member preparing for the fight of their lives. Tesla's control over electricity made him a formidable opponent, but they were determined to overcome this challenge.
Tametomo loosed a volley of arrows, each one charged with energy to counter Tesla's lightning. Sigurd and Brynhildr engaged Tesla in close combat, their swords clashing with his electrified attacks. Tenochtitlan and Kriemhilde used their agility to avoid the bolts of lightning, striking at Tesla whenever they found an opening. Jack remained in the shadows, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
Odysseus coordinated their movements, ensuring that they remained synchronized and focused. Marie Alter provided support with her dark magic, creating shields and barriers to protect them from Tesla's attacks.
As the battle raged on, Ritsuka could feel the intensity of Tesla's power. But he also felt the strength of his team, their unity and determination driving them forward. Together, they fought with everything they had, pushing Tesla to his limits.
Finally, after a fierce and exhausting battle, Tesla fell to one knee, his energy spent. He looked up at Ritsuka with a smile of approval.
"You have proven yourselves worthy," Tesla said. "The path to the next floor is now open."
With those words, the chamber began to glow, and the team was enveloped in a brilliant light. When the light faded, they found themselves standing at the entrance to the next floor, ready to continue their journey.
Ritsuka looked at his team, pride swelling in his chest. "We did it. Let's keep moving forward. Our journey is far from over."
With renewed determination, they stepped forward, ready to face whatever challenges awaited them on the next floor.
Ritsuka then looked at the two Floor guardian. Before I got what is with the miss mass or era's on this floor
Tesla just looked at him. so you finally asked that question, one reason is the new leader of the moon cell, another is a strange and very unique reason
Ritsuka raised an eyebrow, intrigued by Tesla's response. "A new leader of the Moon Cell? And a unique reason? Explain."
Tesla nodded. "The Moon Cell has always been a repository of knowledge and power, a database of sorts that records and manages countless realities and possibilities. Recently, however, a new entity has taken control, reshaping it according to their vision."
Drake, who had been listening intently, crossed her arms. "And who exactly is this new leader?"
Tesla sighed. "We don't know their true identity yet, but their influence is evident. They have begun merging various eras and timelines, creating these mishmash floors you see. This is partly an experiment, partly a test."
Ritsuka frowned. "And what's the unique reason you mentioned?"
Tesla glanced at Geronimo, who stepped forward. "The unique reason is that this new leader is trying to find something...or someone. It's as if they're searching for a specific thread in the tapestry of time, and in doing so, they're altering the fabric of reality itself."
Ritsuka absorbed this information, his mind racing with possibilities. "So, each floor we ascend is another piece of their experiment?"
Geronimo nodded. "Precisely. Each floor is a trial not just for you, but for reality itself. The distortions, the challenges—they're all part of the greater plan."
Blackbeard scratched his head. "So, we're basically guinea pigs in some cosmic lab?"
Tesla smiled wryly. "In a manner of speaking, yes. But you have the power to change the outcome. Each victory you achieve brings you closer to uncovering the truth behind these alterations."
Ritsuka clenched his fists. "Then we'll keep pushing forward. We'll face whatever challenges come our way and find out who's behind this."
Drake placed a hand on Ritsuka's shoulder. "And we'll be with you every step of the way."
With their resolve strengthened, Ritsuka and his team prepared to ascend to the next floor. The path ahead was uncertain, but they were ready to face it together. As they stepped into the glowing portal, they couldn't help but wonder what new trials and revelations awaited them in the next layer of this ever-shifting labyrinth.
Meanwhile in Chaldea everyone was trying to connect to the moon cell or trying to sent someone there, they trying to connect all the servant that were part of the moon cell holy grail way
As Astolfo was sent flying back. No good I got rejected at well.
Da Vinci just looked at him. shit who do we have left.
Dr Romani looked at her. That would be Elizabeth and Atilla/Altera.
Elizabeth then trey to go but she was only rejected and eveyrone then just looked at Altera.
She just looked at everyone. I don't know if I also will be rejected but if I am not I will bring back Ritsuka
As everyone watched, Altera stepped forward with a determined look. The atmosphere in the room was tense, filled with anticipation and hope.
Da Vinci nodded at her. "You're our last chance. Be careful."
Altera simply nodded in response. With a deep breath, she focused her energy and reached out towards the Moon Cell. A bright light enveloped her, and for a moment, everything seemed to hold its breath. Then, to everyone's relief, Altera successfully connected with the Moon Cell.
Mash's eyes widened in surprise and hope. "She did it!"
Romani sighed in relief. "Let's hope she can find Ritsuka and bring him back."
Inside the Moon Cell, Altera materialized in a shimmering landscape that was both familiar and alien. She looked around, her eyes scanning the environment for any sign of Ritsuka. She moved with purpose, her senses alert for any danger or disturbance.
"Ritsuka!" she called out, her voice echoing in the vast expanse. There was no immediate response, but she felt a faint trace of his presence. Determined, she followed the trail, navigating through the surreal landscape.
Meanwhile, Ritsuka and his team had just emerged from the portal onto the fourth floor. They found themselves in a place reminiscent of the American Lostbelt, a landscape filled with strange amalgamations of historical and futuristic elements.
Ritsuka took a deep breath, trying to steady himself. "Alright, everyone. Stay sharp. We don't know what kind of challenges this floor will throw at us."
Drake nodded. "Aye, Captain. We're ready for anything."
As they moved forward, the air around them seemed to shimmer with an otherworldly energy. They could feel the presence of powerful entities watching them, testing their resolve.
Back in Chaldea, Da Vinci and Romani monitored Altera's progress closely. "She's getting closer," Da Vinci muttered, her eyes fixed on the screen.
Romani nodded. "Let's hope she finds him soon. We can't afford to lose Ritsuka."
Altera continued her search, her determination unwavering. She could feel Ritsuka's presence growing stronger, guiding her towards him. As she pressed on, she encountered various distortions and anomalies, remnants of the Moon Cell's new configuration.
Finally, she reached a clearing where she saw Ritsuka and his team ready to go to the next floor as they were talking to tesla. Without hesitation, she rushed forward, as then she hughed him, almost making him fall
"Ritsuka!" she called out, her voice cutting through the chaos.
Ritsuka turned, a look of surprise and relief crossing his face. "Altera! You're here!" Perfect timing as well were going to the 5th floor
