Julian turned to look at Mia, who stood next to him in a rigid position, her arms folded stubbornly before her chest.
"How come?"
"Well? First off, why would he conveniently have visions about an unknown boy he doesn't even know?"
Julian shrugged.
"The nature of every supernatural power is unique."
"Mine is consistent," Mia pointed out. "I hear those I know, and those I do not know. That Hong bastard, on the other side, saw vision about unrelated people far, far away from him."
"And why would he even lie?"
Mia leaned closer and answered in an ominous tone, "Because he wants to get rid of you for good."
"That will only backfire on him," Julian smoothly stated.
"Oh? How come?"
"The blood cell degenerating effect of Drug X in his body is suppressed by my blood. If I die, he too will die not long after."
