The omega swallowed hard and averted his eyes, unable to look at Maximillian any second longer.
"I am not capable of getting pregnant," his voice trembled when he finally told Maximillian one of his well-guarded secrets.
In his self-deprecation, he sought to pull away from the alpha, but the latter refused to let go.
"These past months with you have been the happiest of my life. I will cherish them for as long as I live, so... if you want to break up with me now, I will accept it without making any scene."
All he had to do was pack up the essentials and move away, anyway. The movers would handle the rest.
