Faced with the growing number of evolutionists, Germany chose to implement a national registry. One droplet of blood was all it took to discover the evolutionists. Once their status had been established and recorded, the evolutionists were required to display their supernatural abilities before the Evolutionist Management Division.
The aim of the national registry was to foster a better understanding and collaboration between evolutionists and the authorities.
While German authorities opened their arms to evolutionists, not all of them embraced the imposed regulations. A significant number of evolutionists, empowered by their independent Third Evolution, felt a strong sense of autonomy and questioned the need for external control.
