Somewhere in the kingdom of light.
A mask man goes around burning everything that enters his sight.
People used to call him a hero but now he goes around the world taking the ancient treasure of each kingdom. Now people call him a monster, after all unlike normal mages he possesses the ability to control more than one style of Element. But it doesn't matter to him,nothing does. He had saved the world once, now's the time for the world to pay it's dept.
In between the walls of flames and burning corpses the masked man saw a 10 year boy. Surprisingly the boy and his clothes doesn't seem to be burnt or even touched. He seems to be holding a new born child in his hand trying to protect it from the flames. The masked man parted the walls of fire around the boy.
"Hey, you seems to be trying to protect your little brother." The masked man said to the boy. The boy nodded.
"Then tell me where I can find the key of light or I'll burn your little brother in front of you and then you, to death. Oh and believe me whatever you're using to withstand the fire won't work on me. After all I know everytype of fire in this universe. So pick wisely."
"It's underneath the king's throne but you'll need me alive to get it." The boy responded.
"Ho ho, I hope your not lying cause I have a very good way to find out if you are." The masked man then used the flames of truth, which erases anyone who's lying it touches. But nothing happens to the boy.
"Oh so you were telling the truth, then take me to there. Now!"
"Can I please go and put my brother to a safe place first?"
"Oh believe me, your both safest bet is to stick with me if you want to live." The masked man responded. But the boy put the baby in a random house anyway.
So the boy guides the masked man to his king's castle and to the throne room.
"Hm. You seem to be here before who are you really?" The man asked.
"I'm a thief. I used to steal a lot of things from loyalty and sell it to feed my family."
"Ha ha ha, so much for light representing wisdom these guards and the king must be idiots."
"..." The boy went silent.
Soon they arrive at the throne room.
But the king was right on the throne and the princess by his side.
"Are you kidding me? This is the king of the light kingdom? The kingdom of wisdom? This 15 year old kid?" The masked man mocked.
The king stand up from his throne and declared.
"You shall not be allowed to live. I shall behead you for the country you've raided, for the people you killed,for the-"
"Blah blah b l a h if you're going to count my crime I might just go to sleep and come back the next day." The masked man kept mocking. "So let's get scrappy." *Whoosh* in an instant the masked man was in front of the king and is already choking him.
"Please goddess of l-" the princess try to hell her brother but the masked man interfered.
"You looked way better with that hole in your stomach princess." He talked as he shot a fire laser through her stomach. Weirdly the young thief rushed to the princess aid.
"Hmph. Teenagers."
He re looks at the king and says " if you have no more tricks up your sleeves then die!" Then he burns the king into dust with the flames 500 times hotter than the sun. After the king died the throne automatically revealed the key of light underneath it.
"Finally, I'll be able to bring Kaya and the others back and nobody's going to stop me this time." The man said but instead of monologuing he should have paid attention to what the "thief" and the princess was talking about.
While the king was burning to death:
"B-brother please*coughs out blood* please stop that man only you can stop him now." The princess said.
"But sis I promised remember?"
"But he's dead now!, dead because you refused to use your powers." The princess shouted.
"Please Hayato stop.... him..... . . ."
"I'll try" he closed his sister eyes for her and put her down.
"...and nobody's going to stop me this time." He hear the man says. He absorbed his sister ability 'Faith'.
So he then in a instant rushed in front of the masked man and grabbed his head with both of his hand and prayed.
"Please oh goddess of light hear my call, this man his killed millions who are deserving and billions who were not, so make this evil beast know his place. And show your power even though it maybe late." The masked man whole body started glowing with white light. The man tried to burn the boy with all of the fire type he knows but the boy doesn't even seem to notice it.
"Everyone makes mistakes mister, but what you've done is nothing anyone can forgive not even me, now be gone from my sight." As the boy said that a blinding light engulfed the kingdom. And when the light was gone so was the masked man only a pile of dust remained.
After this accident the boy would be know as the most powerful mage in the universe as he travels around the world to find a place where he might belong.
