" Waaaa", was the first thing I heard after regaining consciousness.

'The hell! Will you just shut up? Someone is trying to sleep here! '

I said (?) and I tried to cover my ears with my hands but for some reason, I couldn't move my hands the way I wanted. And I feeling very weak...and exhausted.

' What is happening here?! Why the fuck am I feeling like this? I trained for a minimum of 4 hours a day! I shouldn't be this weak after exercising every day! No! I refuse to accept this.'

Then I noticed that my eyes were closed too and I had a feeling that this wasn't a good sign.

I tried to open my eyes and succeed but I quickly started to feel pain in my eyes. Like I am opening my eyes after a long time.

'Arg! The hell?! What the fuck is happening?!'

I screamed in my mind but the only thing that came out was, " Waaaaa!" Baby cry.

I quickly closed my eyes so as to not feel any more pain. But surprisingly, I quickly started to feel less pain after I closed my eyes. In fact, it was a bit too quick.

But I didn't have time to think about that. First, I have to get a bit of understanding of my situation.

' Ok, Akash, calm down. Think of the most embarrassing part of your life.'

That is the best way to distract yourself from everything.

' Aaa! I wish to die! Fuck! How could I say something that embarrassing?!'

After that, I took in as much oxygen as I could and released it.

' Fuu~, that cooled me down. Let's try to remember the last memory I have.

Hmm, I was um, watching an anime, I think?... Fuck! I can't remember much about myself.

Now, this, this is concerning. I don't remember much about myself, the inability to talk and see, and lastly, the noises I am hearing, which I sure as hell didn't learn before but still got the meaning, confirm it.

The realization hit me like someone kicking my balls.

' Shit, shit! How the fuck did I die?! That, that's scary as fuck! I didn't wish to die. I still have so much more to enjoy, so much more to repay, so much money to make!

I was having such a breakdown that my baby's body couldn't take it and did what it was trying to do for a while, crying.

" Oh! The other bit started to cry as well. Maybe he heard his twin crying?"

" That could be it. After all, even if they don't look alike, they are still twins."

I ignored the voice I was hearing. I was having a massive panic attack and every time I try to remember how I got here, I get this massive headache that makes me not think about it anymore.

I knew that if I continued like this, I might faint. So, I did the smart thing and stopped thinking about it.

' Deep breath me, deep breath.' I cursed more than the past two months in just 2 minutes.

' Damn, that is an achievement in itself.' I thought to keep my mind busy.

I started to look around myself. Surprisingly I didn't feel the same pain as the first time and I could feel my eyes adjusting to the light.

' Now is not the time to think about it. First thing first.'

I can see that I and the baby beside me is on a baby bed. The room is mostly white with some photos here and there. I can also see some baby pictures and some health information.

' So, I can safely assume that I am in some kind of hospital. Hasn't been in one myself but I have seen in movies and such.'

I started looking towards the voices that I was hearing for some time now. I can see two people, a male and a female, right beside me.

The female was lying on the bed and was sitting on her left holding her left hand. The female seems tired and if my guess is right, reasonably so.

' They might be my parents. And I don't see anyone else here either. So, I can safely assume that they are my parents.'

After confirming that they are my parents I started to take a closer look at them. Only then did I notice that, by God, they are super handsome and beautiful. Like is it even possible to be that beautiful after giving birth to a pair of twins? Am I in a model-themed anime or something?

' At least I won't have to worry about my looks in the future.'

I mentally give a nod towards them.

Oh, they seem to start talking again. Let's hear what they are saying.

" You did a great job dear. I am so happy because of you."

The man, my father, said to my mother and gave her a quick kiss.

" I know husband. I am happy too even if the pain was greater than last time."

My mother said softly. But that lets me know that I have an older sibling in this life too. Though I can't remember my previous life siblings but I do know that I had them.

' Thought it makes me wonder if I have an older brother or sister. I wish my older sibling is a brother because I feel like I had an older sister in my previous life. '

I started to listen to them again.

" Though this makes things complicated. I don't know who the Goddess will whose between them."

' Huh? What did he just say?'

" Sigh~. Not now husband. They are just born. We still have time.'

' Hey! Don't just stop after saying something important!' alas my only I could hear my mind's voice and the that came out of my mouth was the only sound a baby could make.

My parents instantly turn towards my way after hearing my voice.

" Ah, looks like one of them woke up. " My mother said.

" Yeah. It looks like the older twin woke up first. He might be hungry." My father said then lifted me up and handed me over to my mother.

She started to lose her hospital clothes and put the nipple of her right breast in my mouth.

' Although I am not hungry who am I to refuse free food? '

Then I started to ea- drink my food while listening to my parents.

They are just looking at me with a smile.

" He really is cute, isn't he? " My mother said.

" That he is. He is m-our son after all! "

" That aside, Kasumi what are you going to name him? I know you told me to decide but I didn't think we would have twins. I already have a name for the younger twin, you should name the older one. "

' Finally. Here comes the name part. I thought they already named us but it looks like it isn't decided yet.'

" Hmm. What is the name you decided husband? I think twins should have matching names."

" Okay then. The name I thought for the younger one was Makoto. What do you think? "

" That's a wonderful name husband. I like it." Mother smiled at that.

' Makoto huh? That is the name of my twin. It seems strange to me for some reason. Maybe it's because of the same feeling? '

" Hmm. Marko, Meriko, Matsuki hmmm. Ohh! I know. How about Mataka? "

" Mataka, Misumi Mataka. Yeah, sounds good."

They both started smiling. Father took Makoto from his bed and handed him over to his mom too.

" Mataka and Makoto. I hope you will look after each other. Take care of each other. " Mother said looking lovingly at us.

" Of course they will Kasumi. They are twins after all. Besides, we will be with them. If we make a mistake we can always correct them." Father said while giving mother a one-hand hug.

' Mataka huh? Mataka Misumi or Misumi Mataka here. It isn't bad even if I feel weird about it.

So, from today forward my name is Mataka.'

I looked at my parents looking at us and raised my hand towards them. They were a little surprised but still took my hand.

' I don't know what is happening with me or who did this. But one thing I am sure of is that I will never let anyone harm them.

Even if I don't remember my past life I do feel great regret whenever I try to remember my parents. So, I will use these emotions to motivate myself so as to not feel anything like this ever again.

' I, Misumi Mataka promise to live this life as best as I can. I will never take shortcuts, unless extremely necessary, to make life easy. I will never let anyone harm my family.... ever again.

I and my brother blow our own 2nd birthday candles as everyone else congratulates us. And by everyone else, I mean our parents and our big sis. Not a lot of people, I know. But it is what it is.

" Yeah! Happy birthday Mataka, and Makoto! You're both two years old now. Now, quickly cut the cakes, you also have to open the gifts too. Oh, and the first slice is mine! " The one who said that was my older sister, Yukiko.

Yeah, it looks like I will still have an older sister. That aside, you might have already realized it but I am going to say it anyway, it's my 2nd birthday. Well, technically not only mine. It's my twin Makoto birthday too.

Oh, speaking of birthdays. Do you guys wanna know a fun fact? Today is 1st April. This means April Fool's Day too. Really funny, right?

' Sign ~, I can already see my friends making jokes about it.'

That aside, we quickly started to cut our cake. Our sister had already opened her mouth towards us, " I am waiting, aaa."

Seeing her closing her eyes I made eye contact with my twin and in that moment we quickly understood what we were talking about. I gave a nod to Makoto and he did the same.

" Come on."

Hearing her I smiled in amusement and started to take my slice of cake towards her mouth along with Makoto but instead of placing it in her mouth, we started rubbing it on both sides of her face.

She was so shocked that she didn't react for a second.

" Agg! Why, you little! "

"" Hahahahaha! How does the cake taste sis/sister?"" Both of us laughed at the same time.

" Grrr, don't think I won't take my reverse!" After saying they she took two pieces of cake on both of her hands and also started to rub it on our faces.

" No sister! That enough. I won't do it again, I promise! "Makoto admitted defeat pretty quickly. As for me,

" Hahahahaha, I got you first sis. So, it's my win." I said while tasting the cake from my face. ' It's good.' I thought.

" Fu fu~, that enough for now dear. How about you just feed her the Mataka, Makoto?"

Our mom said while sitting on a sofa in front of us. Also, she is quite big now. Likely due to pregnancy. Our father just seems to have an endless amount of stamina. They just keep doing it all night!

' That's why you shouldn't marry young. Although having another younger brother/sister would be nice. Beating him/Annoying her would be fun hehe.'

We listen to her and stop playing around. I and Makoto both took another slice of cake and put it IN her mouth. I was soooo tempted to rub it on her face again.

After that, both I and my lil bro feed each other cake. After that, we went to our parents and fed them cake too. Mom just smiled and opened her mouth. As for Dad, well let's just say he had a similar experience as sis hehe.

After that was opening gifts. You might be wondering, why we didn't have more guests. The answer is simple.

My parents are orphans. And strangely enough also don't have any relatives too. Very sus. Food from though.

Anyway, after washing and cleaning ourselves we started to open gifts. There are six gifts in total with a name tag on each.

" Oh, Makoto you start first. " I said.

" Thanks, brother."

The first one he chose was a big round gift. Not sure what might be inside.

" That's my gift kid." Of course, it would be Dad.

" Come one. Open it." Our sister rushed us.

Makoto started to open it. And to no one's surprise, it was a big ball. Next was my turn. I selected a square-shaped gift.

" Oh, that's mine!" Our sis said. Now I am excited to see what she has for me. It was a lodo board. And just like that, we opened everyone's gifts.

After the party was over we got into our room. I and Makoto sleep in one room. After coming into our room we finished our preparation to go to sleep.

Makoto hummed and said, " Brother I am going to sleep first. I am very sleepy."

" Alright, let's.". I replied.

After lying on the bed Makoto falls asleep quickly. I on the other hand thought about all the things that had happened after my my reincarnation. It was all good memories. Expect for the baby period, which is hella embarrassing, it was all good.

Dad although nags something and sis is like any other sis. My mom thought is very kind and strong too. Abnormally so. I once saw her lifting our sofa with ease.

Altogether, life is good. I could say being reborn doesn't feel bad.
