Chapter 117 - Chapter 97 –Monkey King (3)

With every swing and every punch, I kept fighting hard against the swarm of small monkey robots. I didn't give up, even when it seemed tough. I felt pumped up with energy, and I was really determined to stop these robots.

As I battled the minions, my Spider-Sense began tingling, but it wasn't from them—it was the Monkey King who unleashed a powerful blast at me. "Aargh!" I cried out as I was thrown backward.

I quickly got up and with a burst of speed, I charged towards the Monkey King robot, determined to defeat it once and for all.

But just as I was about to strike, the monkey king robot unleashed a powerful blast of energy from its mechanical arm, sending me flying backward again through the air. I crashed into a nearby wall, the impact is strong that it cause me in pain but luckily i have my Healing Factor similar to Spider-Man.

As I struggled to regain my footing, the Monkey King robot spoke to me in its mechanical voice.

"Spider-Man, why must you interfere in my revenge against Osborn?" it demanded, his voice is mechanical.

"It's because it's not the right solution to this mess," I replied, my voice steady despite the adrenaline coursing through me. "If Osborn did something to hurt you, there are better ways to handle it than resorting to violence. Prove to him that you're better than him, that you won't stoop to his level."

I know that Norman Osborn always acts selfishly, using people to benefit himself. This isn't just something I've seen once; it's a same pattern I've noticed in different versions of Spider-Man.

As I tried to reason with the Robot Monkey King, it seemed like it wasn't listening. Its voice boomed out, filled with rage and sadness.

"You don't get it!" the Monkey King shouted, its metallic voice mix with emotion. " You don't know a damn thing!"

I held my ground, refusing to be swayed. "Maybe I don't know everything," I admitted calmly, "but is this truly the solution? Putting innocent lives at risk, succumbing to Osborn's game? Don't you have someone waiting for you, someone who cares?"

"I don't have a family anymore!" the Monkey King bellowed, his voice cracking with emotion. "That's why I was desperate for recognition, for my invention. It was for my mother's dream, but that son of a bitch Osborn took it all away from me."

After he said that Suddenly, The Monkey King robot opened its chest, and a man was inside in it. It turns out he was the scientist who created the Monkey King robot and the man behind the voice of the big robot.

"Let's end this, Spider-Man," he said, determination in his voice.

The monkey king robot let out a thunderous roar, shaking the very air around us. It was like the sound itself was a physical force, making my bones rattle and my ears ring. I could sense the power behind it, a reminder that this fight was nowhere near finished. With a fire burning inside me, I knew I had to take down this robot quickly before things got even worse.

As the monkey king robot commanded the remaining mini monkey robots to charge at me, I prepared for the incoming assault. With reflexes as quick as lightning, I zapped the mini monkey robots one by one, redirecting their attacks back towards the others. Each metallic minions fell with a resounding clank.

Just when I believed I had the advantage, my spider sense tingled, sending a warning through my nerves. Before I could fully process it, the monkey king robot unleashed another barrage of blasts aimed straight at me. Yet, this time, I was ready. With quick movements and keen reflexes, I dodged and weaved through the attack, refusing to let my guard down for even a second.

With each blast narrowly avoided, I closed the distance between us, determination burning brighter than ever in my heart. As I lunged towards the monkey king robot, I knew that victory was within my reach – and I would stop at nothing to achieve it.

Gathering all my strength and focus, I launched myself into the air, flipping and twisting to avoid the incoming attacks. As I closed in on the Monkey King, I landed a series of quick, precise blows, aiming for its weak spots.

The Monkey King its mechanical voice roared in pain as my punches connected, but it retaliated with even more ferocity, its mechanical arms swinging wildly.

Using my agility to my advantage, I danced around the Monkey King, landing blows whenever I saw an opening. With each strike, I could sense the tide of the battle shifting in my favor.

"Enough games!" I shouted, my voice filled with determination. "It's time to end this!"

With a quick movement, I swung towards the Monkey King, landing a powerful blow that sent it staggering backwards. The scientist inside cursed and frantically tried to regain control, but it was too late.

With one last powerful hit, I smashed the Monkey King robot's core, making it crumble into a pile of mangled metal and sparks. The scientist, now beaten and angry with a mix of crying, came out from inside the robot.

As the scientist continued to cry out in frustration, his fists pounding against the ground, his voice filled with anguish and desperation, "WHY WHY WHY!!!!" he exclaimed, each word punctuated by the force of his blows. "Why must you interfere with this, Spider-Man, why?"

His words echoed in the aftermath of the battle, a clear contrast to the quiet that enveloped the scene. I walked towards him slowly, feeling a deep sense of empathy for the pain he was going through.

"Because there's always a better way," I said gently, reaching out to him despite the chaos that surrounded us. "Violence only begets more violence. Revenge won't bring back what you've lost. But maybe, just maybe, there's a chance for redemption."

As the scientist stood before me, his expression hardened with resolve, he said, "Really."

"Yes, that's why you need to change," I replied firmly, meeting his gaze with unwavering conviction.

But it became evident that he was only pretending to listen. In a quick motion, he withdrew a gun from his pocket and aimed it at me. "Die, Spider-Man!" he shouted, his voice filled with anger and desperation.

On pure instinct, I dodged, swift and agile as always. Just in time, flying past with a dangerous whistle.

Before he could make another move, I closed the distance between us in an instant, then I landed a precise punch right on his jaw. He stumbled backward, his gun dropping to the ground with a clatter as he fell unconscious.

Suddenly The mechanical voice echoed in my mind. "Ding! Congratulations on saving Harry Osborn, host.

As I stood amidst the aftermath of the battle, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride knowing that I had done the right thing.

Then As I stood in the aftermath of the fierce fight, taking a moment to catch my breath and assess the situation, I noticed something strange. A portal appeared out of thin air.

The sudden appearance of the portal grabbed my attention, and I focused intently on its mysterious energy. It seemed out of place, like something from another world. With my senses heightened, I waited anxiously to see what would emerge from its depths.

To my astonishment, a figure stepped through the swirling vortex. I was taken aback by what I saw—it was Miguel O'Hara from the year 2099, the Spider-Man of the future.

I was really surprised when I saw the futuristic Spider-Man stepping out of the portal. Miguel O'Hara, in his cool black and red suit, looked super confident and focused.

As Miguel O'Hara emerged from the portal, the urgency in his demeanor was palpable. His words carried a sense of determination that seemed to pierce through the aftermath of the recent battle, commanding attention and action.

"There is no time to explain, Michael." Miguel declared urgently. "I've come from the future, or rather, from an alternate universe." paused briefly, his expression tense, as if wrestling with internal struggles.

"There's a danger beyond anything I faced before, something that defies the boundaries of time and space. Thats why I need your help," he pressed on, his voice strained with resolve.

But before he could continue, Miguel winced in pain, a sharp grunt escaping his lips. "Aargh," he exclaimed, his face betraying the discomfort he felt. "I don't have time for this. Peter Parker will die if we waste any more time."

His words sent a chill down my spine, the gravity of the situation sinking in. Whatever danger lurked beyond the confines of our reality, it posed a threat not just to Miguel, but also to Peter Parker.

Taking a moment to collect my thoughts and make sure Harry Osborn was okay. Before diving towards to another dimension, I needed to ensure that everything was fine.

"Hey Men, hold up a sec," I said, my tone serious. "I need to make sure everything's alright here before we dive into whatever's next." I focused my mind, tapping into my chi sense – it's like a superpower that lets me feel the energy around me.

Then Miguel O'Hara watched me intently, his expression filled with confusion. However, he seemed to dismissed questioning my actions further. Perhaps he understood the urgency of the situation and trusted that I had it under control.

As I focused on Harry's energy, I sensed something odd – three more chi vibes mixing with his. It was like there were three extra people nearby, each with their own distinct energy.

Worried thoughts raced through my mind as I turned to the system for help. "System," I mentally called out, "Can you analyze these additional chi signatures? I need to understand what's going on here."

"Affirmative, host,"the system chimed in my mind, "status initiating, identifying chi signature...."

As I waited for the system's response, I prepared myself for whatever new information might come my way. I understood that time was running short and I need to check this quickly.

"Status window of recognized chi signature displayed," the system responded as it presented the information in front of me.
