After another two days, he was called by Mr. Alrik informing him about the winery he purchased at a discounted price. Henry decided to inspect the place along with Alrik.
The winery can accommodate 500 barrels of wine in the storage room where temperature is highly monitored. The bottling machine system is also clean along with the branding.
He checked the rest of the facility but he didn't intend to use the other part of the winery since he had a ready made wine in his trading platform.
"Mr. Ramirez, I hope you're satisfied," Mr. Alrik's enthusiastic attitude is still clearly high and positive.
"I am actually. When will the start of this operation be delivered?" Henry asked.
"As soon as possible, Mr. Ramirez! Since you have a team of your own who do your wine and we are only in charge of the storing and bottling, we can actually start." Mr. Alrik replied.
"You said you arranged a demo for us, when will it start?" Henry asked.
"Yes. That would be in ten minutes. They are just making the final check of the machines and conveyors and ready for the demonstration." Mr. Alrik said.
Mr. Alrik invited him to meet the new employees who will facilitate the winery. There are only 12 people hired in the facility and it was enough to run the winery since it is a machine oriented system facility albeit in medium scale.
The old man did the talking and had reminded everyone to do the best for the winery. Then they proceeded to do the demonstration from taking the wine in the storage, to bottling, labeling and casing.
Henry inspected and observed the process and was satisfied with it. In just ten minutes, they managed to bottle, label and cased the wine bottle filled with water as they used it for demonstration only.
After the bottling, the wine was placed in the docking area ready for pick up. The output of the winery averaged to 800 bottles per hour of 750 ml.
Thus, Henry computed that his order of 100,000 barrels of wine can only produce 38,650 bottles of wine. So he plans to look to talk to Tyler about this.
With their pricing of 150,000 pesos, their targets are the high end individuals and their sponsorship in the auction event will be their entry to the market.
"I will send the barrel of wine for bottling tomorrow." Henry said. "We need to supply the auction first since it's one of our ways to secure some loyal consumers."
"We will, Mr. Ramirez. I will be sending you the financial report of our initial capital in your email as you had requested."
"Also, in my circle, one of my friends who runs one of the high end restaurants in Laguna wanted to stock 300 pieces of the wine and I'm still waiting for the others to order." Mr. Alrik said.
"That's great! You really got busy this few days, Mr. Alrik." Henry stated as he finds that everything happens so fast.
Unbeknownst to him, the business connection of Mr. Alrik is vast enough where he already established a system using his warehouse businesses.
His personal secretary does the walk while he does the talk. So while he's done with the first procedure and step, his personal aide could only collect the proper document needed to be signed by Henry and Alrik.
It was fast enough that only a small number of people know that someone registered a wine business where their initial price is worth 150,000 pesos per bottle.
Although he has Alrik's backing, Henry also wanted to know his business at the back of his mind. So he involved himself with the accounting.
He knows some basic accounting and with his winery, he can train himself silently. He already bought accounting books and some basic laws related to business.
He has been reading them the moment he notices about the enhancement effect of the F-rank healing potion and Ezio's Breathing technique towards mental aptitude.
Thus, he can easily pick up and has truly mastered some obscure knowledge like high end math, physics and chemistry.
Now, he is more inclined to language, computer programming and business related subjects.
He studied the sent email by Alrik and the biggest loophole of it is the existence of the wine supplier. It's one of the reasons why he needs to check the accounting as he will be making fake claims just to justify the raw materials he needed to make wine.
It's the only option he has when his wine comes from another world. The next thing in his plan is to acquire the recipe of wine making in another world.

"Greetings, Henry. I have seen your message and I agree with your concern." Tyler said after considering Henry's situation.
He too is aware about Henry's situation since just like him, he still hoarded tons of salt in the trading platform and only consumed a small amount of it.
"Yep, people here are more meticulous with the law and if they find discrepancies, they will surely attack me with it." Henry said.
"I understand, Henry. This trading platform should never have existed and although it had benefited us both, one of the limitations is such concern." Tyler Pierce stated.
In the end, his scapegoat is his traveling master which is acceptable by most of the powers in the Rocca Region or in the whole kingdom.
However, this excuse is not applicable to Henry's situation. He doesn't have a master to cover him up and the situation in Henry's world is far too complicated.
In any part of the continent, a kingdom will be a laughing stock by other kingdoms if they find that their king is not capable.
Yet, in Henry's world, it's totally different. So he does understand. While he scams him with the price difference of the product items, he still had a conscience enough to help Henry.
"Sir Henry, as I said earlier that wine is the popular wine we have here and it was easy to make. The only differences are the two raw ingredients that made it superb in taste and another raw material that aged the wine in a faster way."
"You meant to say that if we have existing wine here, to make it tastier and better in quality, we just need to add those ingredients?" Henry asked Tyler.
"Yes. That's what I am saying, Henry." Tyler confirmed. "What I have given you is a diluted grape flavor. It's 50 percent grape juice and 50 percent water. But don't underestimate it since after you add these raw ingredients, the taste is similar to the one I had given you."
"The heck! It has 50% water?!" Henry thought. "Does this mean that the quality of the wine will increase the more the percentage of the fermented grape juice is added?"
"Yep. You are correct, Henry. A hundred percent fermented grape juice plus the raw ingredients would give you the tastiest kind of wine. It's around 1 gold coin per bottle in Wadas City." Tyler explains.
"Some wineries here also use different fermented fruits, it's just that in Wadas City, the most popular is the grapes. I will just secure the two raw materials for you." Tyler added.
'I should have asked more details about this before anything else. That move is an honest mistake from me,' Henry thought.
"Then how much for the recipe and the two raw materials from your end Tyler?" Henry asked. "I would like to purchase some."
"I should just give you the recipe, but since you asked, I will price it at 100 gold coins. As for the dried leaves of Birthflux and the barks of Tetrus, a ton each for 10 gold coins. That's my offer." Tyler is again open for business.
Birthflux is one of the most abundant weeds in the continent and Tetrus are giant trees which are also common in the continent.
He just needs to post it in the merchant guild to secure those common items.
"I still need the grape flavored wine, Tyler, and still stick with the rest of my order," Henry reminded.
"No problem, Henry. Anyways, aren't you going to stock some F-rank crystals?" Tyler offered again. Yet, Henry still has a lot in his room.
"I will ask you about the crystals when I am short of supplies." Henry said as they closed the deal and the contract.
He asked for 1 tons of each of the raw materials from Tyler and as he waits, he still continues buying the ready made wine from Tyler's end.
With his new findings, he can maneuver the ratio of the wine he wanted to put on sale. However, he still needs to verify the claim of Tyler through experimentation.

"If what he claims is true. That winery might not be enough since there are other fruits that need to be tested along with the effect of the said raw ingredients." Henry thought.
Henry was excited about this. What Tyler had said to him had given him the avenue to expand further and not limited himself to one flavor of wine only.
Based on the export of fruits in the country, the top ones are the bananas and pineapple. He also consider glutinous rice for wine and wanted to try these three possibilities first because of its availability and abundance.
Tyler gives the recipe and the platform automatically consider it to satisfy the contract. As usual, it automatically deduct 5 gold coins as payment for the serivce.
Henry reads the recipe and the crucial steps are how much he can use the two raw materials to maximize it's benefits.
"If the recipe is correct, the preparation of the two raw materials is the crucial point to make the common wine taste better." Henry thought.
He finds that a ratio of 1:10 boiling of the birthflux dried leaves in water is needed and need to boil it for 20 minutes. Then after cooling it down to room temperature, the next step is that the solution of the birthflux is to be mix to the ratio of 1:100 diluted or pure fermented wine.
After two days, he needed to add the solution of the Tetrus barks boiled in water to the combination of the fermented wine and birthflux.
These are the steps added in the common wine making that was provided by Tyler. However, it shortens the waiting time in the settling process to only three days, and immediately proceeded to filter process then bottling.
All in all, from crushing the wine, fermentation, and doing the secret recipe, to filtering and bottling, it commonly takes 10 weeks to one to two years before it was ready to market.
However, with his secret recipe and ingredients, it only takes less than a month from fermentation to bottling. Yet, he still need to do experimenting and testing.
As of now, he sticks with his order of wine from Tyler as he try doing his experimentation.
