"How can your body withstand all that power inside you? Are you as strong as the Supreme Primarch says? What does it feel like when all that energy flows through your body and fills you up? Is the—" Blah blah blah, Malluel kept bombarding Rei with questions, getting closer and closer to his face.

"Eh—?!?" Rei could only back away slowly, feeling overwhelmed by all of Malluel's questions.

"Alright, that's enough, Malluel. You're confusing him, and we haven't even introduced ourselves properly yet." Halluel said, pulling on Malluel's clothes to get her to stop getting so close to Rei.

"Ahh, sorry about that. I'm just really curious because it's the first time I've seen someone like you."

Malluel then stood beside Halluel, and the two of them looked at Rei. "Let us introduce ourselves. We are Halluel and Malluel, the Archangel Parcel Service. If you have a message or letter for someone, leave it to us and we'll deliver it anywhere in the Sky Realm." they said together in perfect sync.

"Haha, you two are exceptionally in sync like that. You probably already know my name, but I'll introduce myself anyway. You can call me Rei."

"Oh, you're the Rei who saved the Sky Realm before, right? Thank you for your hard work! We couldn't do much because our powers aren't meant for fighting." Halluel said with a nod toward Rei.

"Yes, so we could only help those who were injured while disguised as mortals." Malluel added.

Hearing this, Rei understood why in the game's story, the two of them didn't appear when Sandalphon caused trouble and wanted to destroy the Sky Realm.

It turned out they were helping elsewhere and left the problem with Sandalphon to the Tetra archangels.

"I see. But both of you helped so many people, right? So you don't need to feel bad about not helping directly."

"Hehe, we are helping a lot of people!" Halluel said proudly to Rei, puffing out her chest with pride.

"Alright, both of you stop the conversation for now. Rei still needs to train his power." Lucifer suddenly interrupted them.

"Oh well, looks like you're going to be busy. Then I'll go meet your other friends." Halluel said before flying off toward where Lyria and the others were.

However, Malluel remained behind even though her twin had already left.

"You're not going, Malluel?" Rei asked her.

Malluel simply shook her head. "No, I'll greet your friends later. But there is something I'm curious about. Supreme Primarch, can I watch Rei train his power?"

"That's fine, but please don't get too close to him, alright? It can be pretty dangerous if his power runs out of control." Lucifer replied.

"Alright. Thank you very much." Malluel said with a nod.

While Rei was training his power, Lyria, Orchid, and Sandalphon were sitting behind the shrine. They were sitting on the grass, surrounded by many trees. "Yeah, just like that, Orchid. Be careful not to prick your finger." Lyria said to Orchid.

"Mmm..." Orchid was deeply focused on what she was doing.

Lyria was teaching Orchid how to sew because Orchid had been curious after seeing Lyria making something for them. Since they would be here for a while, they needed more clothes, so Lyria decided to make some for them.

"You know, you could just use the magic tool to make clothes, right?" Sandalphon said, lifting her face from the book she was reading.

"No, no, no! You just don't understand the feeling of seeing your hard work being used every day and people appreciating it. And the clothes I make are very comfortable. Just ask Rei." Lyria replied.

"Hmm? You mean the clothes Rei wears are made by you?" Sandalphon asked suddenly looks interested.

"Yep yep! I made Rei's clothes. With some help from Tiamat and the others, I managed to make them quickly." Lyria said proudly, nodding.

"Hello, is anyone here?" Suddenly, they heard a woman's voice, causing them to turn towards the source, except for Orchid, who remained focused on her sewing.

"Hmm? Who is that?" Lyria asked as she saw a blonde girl with tan skin.

Behind her were two wings, more specifically on the right side of her back.

"That's Halluel the Archangel Parcel Service, but that's weird. Usually, she's always with her twin, Malluel." Sandalphon said upon seeing Halluel.

Halluel then turned toward them, having heard Sandalphon's voice. "Oh, there you are." she said as she approached them.

But when Halluel saw Lyria, her eyes widened, and she immediately ran toward her.

In an instant, she was in front of her. "Woah! You're so cute!!" Halluel exclaimed as she pinched both of Lyria's cheeks.

"Awawawawa—! What are you doing!? Let me go!!" Lyria struggled to remove Halluel's hands from her cheeks. And after a moment, she finally managed to do so.

"Ahh, I'm sorry about that. I always love cute girls like you, so I couldn't help myself."

"You haven't changed at all, Halluel." Sandalphon said, shaking her head.

"Sandalphon? You're here too? What are you doing here?"

"Well, as you can see, I'm currently reading a book. And don't bother with her, she already has a boyfriend." Sandalphon replied, going back to her book.

Halluel looked surprised when she heard that Lyria already had a boyfriend. "What? You already have a boyfriend? Wait, don't tell me your boyfriend is...?"

"Y-yes, it's Rei. Ouch, my cheeks hurt..."

"Noooo! I finally found a cute girl, but she already has a boyfriend!!" Halluel lamented, holding onto the tree next to her.

"Hmm?" Orchid looked up from her concentration after hearing someone shouting.

"What's wrong with her?" she asked.

"Nothing happened, Orchid. Just focus on your task." Sandalphon said without taking her eyes off her book.

"Hnn..." Orchid went back to focusing on what she was doing.

A few hours passed after Rei started his training.

In the same room where Rei had been training earlier, Malluel and Lucifer were still observing Rei, who stood in the middle of the room with his eyes closed. Behind him, four dark wings spread, and an aura emanated from them.

Rei was focused on harnessing the power from his wings, letting it flow through his entire body.

"Do it now." Lucifer commanded.

Rei opened his eyes and unleashed his power. "Paradise Lost!"

A large, black magic circle appeared behind his wings and began to glow. Quickly, hundreds of rays of light shot out.

The rays of light sped toward the walls surrounding them. Soon, the sound of explosions echoed through the room.

"So this is the limit of his Paradise Lost..." Lucifer muttered as he observed Rei's Paradise Lost using only four wings.

Once the rays of light ceased, the magic circle vanished and Rei collapsed to the ground, visibly exhausted.

"Hahhh...hahh... Why do I have to constantly spend my energy like this, anyway?"

He had been training relentlessly, using his powers continuously without any rest. After several hours, he was exhausted and finally fell down to the floor.

"This is to check your strength, Rei, and see if your power tries to take over again, even when you only use four wings."

"And it seems your limit is six wings. If you use six of your dark wings, your instincts will resurface."

"Six, huh... That's enough, though probably for now." Rei murmured, recalling that six wings should be sufficient for facing the enemies they would encounter at the beginning of Granblue Fantasy.

"That's incredible! You can keep using that kind of power over and over again. And you didn't even use your other energy!" Malluel said in amazement, clapping her hands.

After that, Lucifer decided to end Rei's training for the day since he also had his duties to oversee the entire Sky Realm.

Lucifer then vanished from the room to return to Canaan, where he carried out his duties, leaving only Rei and Malluel in the room.

Rei sat, leaning against the wall, watching the wall he had attacked with Paradise Lost earlier. The wall looked slightly cracked, but the cracks soon disappeared, repairing themselves.

"Not a lot of Primarchs can damage the inside of this Shrine, you know?" he heard Malluel's voice from beside him.

"This shrine was enchanted by almost all the Primarchs thousands of years ago, so it's not easy to destroy."

Rei glanced at Malluel, thinking. He didn't recall much about Halluel and Malluel from the game since they rarely appeared except in a side story where they went to the Auguste Isles for vacation with Djeeta and others.

But he did remember there were other twin archangels like them...

Azrael and Israfel... Both were twin archangel girls like Halluel and Malluel. But unfortunately, they were trapped inside the Black Beast created by Lucilius.

And the two of them had a far worse fate compared to the other archangels trapped inside the Black Beast.

They became one...

Not like the fusion in Dragon Ball. They were more grotesquely fused together, essentially becoming one.

He felt really bad for them and kind of hated Cagliostro too. She had said she would make bodies for both of them, but seven years passed and she never did.

"Why are you staring at me like that? Ah, did you fall in love with me?" Malluel asked, smiling at Rei.

"Wha—? No, I'm not."

"Hahaha, I know, I'm just joking." Malluel laughed, then sat down next to Rei.

They both sat there without saying anything, except for Malluel, who secretly glanced at him.

Like her twin sister, she had something she liked. But unlike her twin who liked cute girls, she preferred strong men.

"So, have you ever used all your power before?" Malluel decided to start a conversation.

"I don't think so... I always hold my power back when using it so I don't lose control. But if you're talking about the other power, then yeah, when I was dealing with the lesser archangels before."

"Your other power? You mean the other energy inside you? How can your body handle all of that?"

Rei then turned to her. "I don't know. I don't have any problem using Tiamat and the other abilities. I only just found out that what I've been doing is strange."

"Hehehe. You're probably gonna get involved in some dangerous battle, so your body is adapting for your battle later." Malluel chuckled, teasing him a bit.

"Dangerous battle, huh? Well, I hope I won't be involved in something like that."

After that, they started talking about many random things with each other.

Rei asked how Malluel delivered messages or letters across the entire Sky Realm, and Malluel asked about Rei's daily life.

Until they heard someone.

"Rei, are you still here? I came to get you because you haven't returned even though your training time is over."

"Well, looks like Lyria is here for me." Rei said as he stood up and dusted off his clothes.

He then extended his hand to Malluel, intending to help her up.

Malluel looked confused because she wasn't very familiar with gestures from the mortal world. Unlike the tetra-element archangels, she and her twin didn't often disguise themselves as mortals and live in the mortal world.

Rei, noticing that Malluel wasn't taking his hand and just stared at it, began to understand and finally knelt in front of her.

"Looks like you don't understand what I'm doing." Rei said, taking her right hand in his and gently gripping her palm.

"It's a gesture for offering to help someone stand up." he said, slowly pulling Malluel to help her to her feet.

"Ahhh. I'm sorry. I don't really know customs like this." Malluel replied to Rei.

"No, it's fine. I can understand because not all archangels like getting involved with mortal stuff." Rei smiled, not minding at all.

"Yeah. We usually only do our job as messengers and don't really have time for other stuff." Malluel said, scratching her cheek.

Rei then let go of Malluel's hand. "Alright then. See you tomorrow? If both of you are still here, at least."

"Oh, both of us are going to be here until the meeting starts." Malluel quickly replied.

"Ah, right, the meeting. I forgot to ask Lucifer about that, but that can wait until tomorrow. For now, see you later, Malluel. If you want to meet again, you and your twin can come to our room." Rei said, walking toward Lyria and leaving Malluel behind.

Malluel stood there, watching Rei's back with his four dark wings visible.

She continued watching until Rei was out of her sight.

Afterward, she glanced down at her hand, the one Rei had held earlier, clenching and unclenching it a few times.

"Hmm, then I accept your offer~" Malluel smiled and then began walking off to find her twin.
