The scenery is commencing with a dazzling female figure with a hazelnut type of skin and the sun shining on it. She was laying down on her bed and started to slowly rub her eyes open, waking up from a dream that was about a bedtime story. That sounded a lot like her past that her dad used to read when she was a little kid for a dream. As she expected, she was all alone within these walls high up in the clouds and was experiencing the feelings they called sadness and sorrow. It began to radiate from her so-called chamber that looked like hers from about 500 years ago before everything went downhill. She could only get on her knees and pray to the Celestial Heavens great Lord that sooner or later she's going to be found again by one of her friends but who is she? She cannot even remember her own name but only the days she has counted on the chamber floors, all of them are covered with tally numbers since day one. A sigh escaped her lips and went on the ground to add another number with a pencil that was at its breaking point. She looked down at her clothes and thought about changing them and washing them before taking a normal walk in the sky garden at her window. She is surprised at herself that she has not lost her mind yet in this place, it was peaceful and filled with her favourite things. There is nothing she could possibly hate in this prison, she was happy. She changed her outfit into something more comfortable for her and decided to look at the garden but before she could she heard a voice. "Princess Amara~, hurry up and get ready!" Not knowing how to respond to them, she just didn't say anything and listened to the voice. She felt warmth in her heart after getting the chance to remember her own name after an eternity. She could only wonder why someone called her name out, especially without the Celestial Lords permission. She didn't take her time to fully question it and thought she was just called for a special occasion. She did her makeup to look decent but also tried her best to look as 'lower' life form. Although everyone knows her face by memory, she cannot remember anyone's face nor name. It has been more than 200 years since she saw someone's face from the Celestial Ones due to the fact of her roaming around the human realm and looking at dimensions she has never been before. She was especially fascinated by how fast the change in humanity. As she finished her makeup routine she took her time to go down the glass stairs of the prison she was in. When she was taking her steps down carefully, she suddenly saw three men putting their gazes on her. As they were intently watching her walk down the stairs, she could only give them an inelegant smile in response after exchanging soft and graceless eye contact with them. Out of the pure nervousness she automatically sat next to a woman that was in the room with her as well. "Ah, Mimi, you've finally come down the stairs after forever!" She happily screeched and Amara looked at her confused and laughed. "Why should that matter when you keep getting to see me every 100 years?" Amara told the girl. The three quite young-looking men looked at each other and only two of them could laugh with them. Amara was happy to see "girl" known as Alijah, known as the water master of the Celestial Ones, she was the only goddess Amara could remember by face after being locked up in her chamber. "Mimi... I have to tell you something really important, okay?" She said with a relieved face. "Your house arrest is finally over today, and you can freely roam around the world again. But you must need a person to be with you for all times on his highness request- no orders even...!" "Do I even get to choose who will be my knight in shining armor?" She rolled her eyes with the feeling of annoyance. Alijah could only sigh at her response wanting to know if she seriously meant it or just made one of the worst jokes in the last few centuries. "Yes, yes you do actually, your highness matters! It's a fact that the people you get to choose from are actually right in front of you even." Amara started to feel slightly embarrassed after hearing that and realized that she made a stupid joke in front of them and only bowed her head a bit and told them it was nothing personal against them at all and it was just a corny joke she quickly thought of. "It's nothing you should worry about your highness." One of the three men reassured her, "Would you like to know who we actually even are before choosing what you would prefer to have as a bodyguard though?" He questioned her with a slight nervous tone. Amara smiled at him with an awkward laugh and said, "Well yes of course otherwise this whole process would be very much unnecessary now, wouldn't it?" The guy could only look at her with a dazed face but got himself composed really quickly and explained that his name is Mo Yue and that he works under the god of light also known as Arun. He is just a rookie at battlefield experience on the outside but has been through one of the toughest training for over a Melilla just to get to this point. Mo Yue also comes from a wealthy family he says so he is always happy to lend Amara some money for a mission through the time being for them. He is also known in his only small friend group as the so-called funny guy making anyone able to just love him without struggleAmara found herself ensnared in a labyrinth of emotions, her admiration for Mo Yue's unwavering spirit and resilience etched on her face. The man's tenacity, honed through life's relentless trials, became a subject of marvel in her contemplative gaze. The room, bathed in a reflective silence, witnessed the unfolding drama of Mo Yue's journey.
Suddenly, a voice shattered the tranquility, calling out Mo Yue's name with a tone that was neither the worst nor the best, but undeniably attention-grabbing. Amara shifted her focus to the source, a man named Ryo. The intrigue in her eyes was palpable as she sought clarification. "Sorry, could you repeat that for me?" Amara inquired, her voice tinged with the curiosity of a cat eyeing a particularly wiggly piece of string. Ryo, the man addressing Mo Yue, responded with a warm smile, rising from his seat with the grace of a cat who had just discovered a sunbeam. "Master, it's a pleasure to see you again after all these years! I am Ryo, your old martial art disciple. I have come to find you!" Amara's brow furrowed in disbelief, as if she had stumbled upon a plot twist in a cheesy soap opera. "If I did, in fact, have a disciple, I should remember him or his name at least, right?" Unbeknownst to her, Alijah discreetly reminded her of Ryo's connection to Mo Yue, suggesting that the sands of time may have shifted her recollection. Feeling a bit like a detective solving a case of amnesia, Amara nonchalantly requested Ryo to lend her his hands for a moment. His initial confusion melted into compliance, as if he had just agreed to participate in a peculiar game of charades. Amara delicately wrapped her hands around his, searching for clues to their shared history. Before she could articulate her newfound awareness, Alijah, the ever-watchful sidekick, interjected, steering the plot in a new direction. "I am so sorry to interrupt the little moment between the both of you, but we have to make way for His Highness," Alijah interjected, sounding like a stage manager ushering actors backstage before a grand entrance. Amara, however, wasn't ready to let the comedic potential slip away. "Are you sure you want him here? I mean, like, let's be completely honest, wouldn't that just completely ruin my mood? Especially when it's Nolan." She delivered her lines with the finesse of a seasoned stand-up comedian, revealing a strained relationship with Prince Nolan that added an unexpected layer of humor to the unfolding drama. Alijah, playing the role of the straight-faced sidekick, sighed at the unfolding chaos and advised Amara to behave. Shortly after, the main hall's door swung open with a grandeur that could rival a Broadway show. Bells chimed, trumpets blared, and sunlight poured into the room, creating an entrance that bordered on the absurdly spectacular. The room fell into hushed anticipation as the grand entrance unfolded. "Wauuww, so the meeting started before my arrival? I expected better from the both of you!" the newcomer, Prince Nolan, proclaimed with feigned hurt, his voice carrying the melodramatic resonance of a community theater actor. Amara's eye roll conveyed her skepticism towards his theatrics, adding a touch of dry wit to the atmosphere. Nolan then delivered his message about Amara's release from house arrest, prompting an eye-rolling response. "Thanks brother, as if I didn't know. Anything else to add?" she deadpanned, her delivery worthy of a sitcom punchline "No... not really," Nolan responded, playing his role with all the seriousness of an actor in a B-grade comedy. Amara, not one to let the comedic timing falter, pointed theatrically at the door. "Then please, leave and hurry up. I don't wanna talk with you any longer." Nolan left with a forlorn expression, pretending to cry on his way out, making Amara wonder if he'd missed his true calling as a part-time actor in a traveling circus. Unfazed by the theatrics, she turned to Alijah with a deadpan expression. "What? Can we just please continue where we left off?" she asked quietly, her tone carrying the exasperation of someone trying to finish a puzzle while surrounded by clowns. "Uh… Yeah you were busy talking with me. You read my hand I think.." Ryo said with a cracking voice. "Wow, you're right! I wanted to say that you really were some type of a problem child." Amara bluntly pointed out. The two men who were sitting beside Ryo started to snicker at that comment and Ryo could only be ashamed of his past self. And the last person who was sitting on the right finally decided to break the laughter and introduce himself. "I am Kane, martial art god Kane. I come from a wealthy family, and I am just here to support your bank so you guys don't have any marks anymore. Because I surely know none of you could afford a house for at least two people now do you guys?" There was an awkward silence in the room when they heard that sentence. "See and that's what I thought but truly it's a pleasure to meet you again your highness." 'Again? When was the first time we even met???' Amara could only reply with thank you and looked at Alijah afterwards. "So, what am I supposed to do now?" Amara asked softly. "Choose who you would like to have around you while you're wandering around the human realm!" She excitedly said. "Can I choose none of them?" "No." "Can I choose all of them?" "What." Alijah was quite stunned back at what Amara just requested of her. "I am not sure I am allowed to do that for you Mimi...-" Amara looked at her and sighed, "Then make it happen or I'll just run away." She said while shrugging her arms and Ryo and Mo Yue sitting in front of her just looked at her with pure shock. Why would anyone just say what they would do before doing it? Isn't that just... Dumb? Kane just looked at Amara and asked, "Why would you say something like that, are you dumb or just playing dumb?" Amara ignored the comment and asked the question again. "Can I choose all of them? It's a simple yes or no question, do not think too long about it." Alijah just stared at Amara with a feeling she hasn't felt in a long time, it felt like Amara was going to choke her if she doesn't get the answer, she wants to hear out of her until she finally says yes. Alijah could only avert her eyes to the side and say yes with a sweat falling from her face. "I'll look into it with his highness but please wait until he answers the request you asked before going to the human realm." Alijah could only stand up quickly, make a bow and teleport away as soon as possible due to the thick tension between the both of them. Amara could only look at gold glitter being left behind after the teleportation trick and looked at the three men face to face and asked them a question that was very confusing to ask. "Wanna go to the human realm?" Amara said with a smile on her trying to lure them I into her charms and making them do whatever she wants to. "Is our answer even going to be fair if we have no control?" Mo Yue said with a big sigh after looking deep down at the ground. Amara could only laugh at him. "If you saw through me so quickly, wouldn't you help your poor comrades besides you, or.... is it that... you have no interest in seeing them as your friends or comrades at all?" Amara questioned him. "I would rather have them controlled than myself, okay? And then again... I am pretty sure you need at least one person who is able to help you through the gate naturally now don't you?" He quickly. "Be honest you-, master, what do you need so badly from the human world that makes you keep going back there for more than a couple melinia's?" Amara could only shut him down with a shut up. "That's none of your business you shouldn't start digging dirt where your paws belong, understood?" Mo Yue could only stare at Amara in disbelief and nodded at her without a real second thought of his own. "Good to hear you understood, now please get me out of here!" Amara groaned and snapped her fingers so she could stop controlling the two others leaving them confused. Mo Yue just looked at Amara before slowly getting the formation ready, while he was doing that Amara looked at Kane and Ryo dumbfounded faces and told them about a sweet little lie from the top of her tongue. They still didn't understand what she told them, but they just went with it and believed her and before Ryo could open his mouth Mo Yue suddenly said; "Done! I am finally done!" They all came to look at his formation just to... uhm... Laugh at it. "WHY ARE YOU ALL LAUGHING???" Mo Yue blurted out while Amara quickly covered her ears. "Why does your formation look so sloppy? It reminds me of the times when we were still learning how to make formations!" Ryo said out laughing. "SHUT UP SHUT UP AND SHUT UP JUST GO STAND ON IT!" Mo Yue embarrassedly said and hid his face with tiny tears in the corners in his eyes. All of them stand on the horrible formation made by Mo Yue when the last person got into the formation got bigger and it was shining light but before it sent them away to the human realm Alijah came in teleported. "Your highness his highness accepted-" Before she completely finished her sentence she stopped and looked up at them standing at the portal. "NO NO NO YOUR HIGHNESS WAIT FOR-" And then… poof, they were gone, leaving Alijah behind without even letting her finish her last words. They teleported into a room that was made for four people at least so they got them to leave the room one by one all of them got out without saying something but when they got out Mo Yue, Ryo, and Kane noticed they were at a random house that wasn't theirs to stay at and that the people in the house just gave them quick stares and looked away with worried mumbles. Amara could only keep it calm and act like she hasn't heard a single word coming out of their mouths. The three men could only hurry up their walks and faster only then Amara could hear Alijah reach out to her. "Amara… Can you hear me Amara…?" "Oh hey Alijah how have you been?" Amara said in response while standing somewhere near a house and stopping three other guys. "Amara YOU ARE in big trouble and there IS big trouble." Amara could only sigh. "Okay first tell the second trouble…" Alijah could only stand straight and look around and waited before answering her request. "Okay so I just found out where you guys are located at, and I found out there is this creature stirring up trouble near you guys…" Amara wasn't really that surprised at hearing that. "And Amara since you left his highness is quite upset because he wanted to talk to you first." "That's exactly why I left."Amara said nonchalantly and Alijah was quite surprised at that comment and just paused for a minute. "I beg your pardon? I think I didn't quite catch that." Amara could only look at her with defeat in her eyes. "Do I have to repeat myself? I said; that's why I left, nothing that serious right??" Alijah could only then stop contacting Amara through a spiritual portal. "Weird." Amara commented before continuing walking forward. Mo Yue and Ryo were bickering in the front while Amara was just looking around with Kane in the back but only slowly came to realise that they have no place to stay. Kane suddenly blurted out "WAIT WAIT WAIT….!!!!!! WHERE ARE WE GONNA SLEEP?" Amara covered her ears and could only look away. "I am sure we can find a house or something abandoned soon enough." Ryo said while walking up to Amara and telling her she can remove her hands with a small nod. Mo Yue could only agree and also nod his head and point at a building up ahead. "I am pretty sure we will be able to get that house over there. I sense no human activity in it." And Ryo looked at it suspiciously but then noticed there wasn't human activity so he went first to check if it's okay to live there and if there should be major changes done to it. Although it had a couple of holes and it was a little dusty it looked pretty fine to be in and spend a couple of nights or even make it their official house which will not happen as he thinks he could only yell out to the other three standing outside to come in. "Honestly, compared to the other houses I've seen, this is the prettiest and most big abandoned one. Two people sleep together and Two people sleep separately, does that sound good with everyone?" Ryo asked and looked at everyone. They all agreed on it and Ryo could only say: "Before we choose who sleeps separately let's keep it easy and her highness sleep in a separate room." Amara couldn't agree more. "Yes I do prefer sleeping on my own than with someone before people in the heavens have weird imaginations and rumours about me that are not even true." Mo Yue and Kane didn't deny the idea so now there is only one separate room left and none of them wanted to sleep with one another so they made a bet on who can find more materials for the house that person can sleep separately while the second and third person had to sleep together with each other and than from then they'll rotate who is sleeping separately and who are sleeping with each other Amara just stared at them. "While you guys do that I'll just clean up the rooms and make dinner, you have exactly four to five hours to fix and bring in materials for the house. Got it?" All three of them automatically replied with: "We got it!" They got ready in front of the house and just suddenly teleported away leaving Amara alone in the house. She started to clean out the rooms with ease and due to her tall length she could easily reach high places such as; counter and much higher places and when she was finally done with that she could only sit down on the cold wooden floor and wait for the others. And just two hours have gone by and not a single one of them came back while she was cleaning. She decided to put up a barrier around the house so no demon of any sort would dare to come in their house and after the spell, she thought she'd make dinner over an hour and so she went inside to meditate. She tried to make herself comfortable sitting down with crossed legs on the ground to keep her mind calm. As soon as she closed her eyes she could only see a vision but she couldn't fully understand it due the fact it was vague but she did hear a voice. "Amara… We have met again… I refuse to let you down." She could only open her eyes because of how shocked she was and then she found a male figure standing in front of her and only came to realise it was… HER SO CALLED BROTHER??? Amara could only quickly stand up and take a couple steps back and look at his quite energetic smile and quickly came up with a bold lie. "It seems that I have to go nice to see you, your highness but I REALLY DO GOT TO GO." But he didn't let her go off the hook that fast so he replied with: "That's funny because the last time I checked Mo Yue, Kane, and Ryo were actually doing what more important stuff." Amara could only side eye him with a sigh in defeat. "What do you want from me Nolan" "Quite bold of you to use my name like that again, no? If I would also just randomly call you Amara you'll feel offended too right or am I wrong?" He said with a little anger in his tone towards her. "That's because the last time you did I actually almost murdered you and ended up in "house arrest" next time if you want to do that to me don't make it easier to jump out of the room. And don't forget we are also considered siblings by everyone so me using your name shouldn't be an offence towards you especially if you don't have a high status because your status now compared to mine is nothing." Nolan could only stare and give a disgusting look at Amara. "Why? Is it because it gives you trauma flashbacks?" He said jokingly although he had seen it as a joke Amara didn't and just completely ignored that horrible joke and mumbled: "Shouldn't a person with your status actually know what they say to others?" And scoffed. "Oh, did I make you mad already? We are not even at the highlight of the topic yet." Amara could only roll her eyes and ask if he could hurry up already. "I do not have all day for this so hurry up and DON'T waste my time okay? Thanks." Nolan could only sigh at what she said. "Cold as ever I see, don't you remember the times where you clung onto me in the past?" Amara could only give him a glare and ask him to shut up and leave the house if he hasn't got something interesting to say. "Alright, alright I'll tell you. I am pretty sure Alijah has already informed you of this but there is actually a demon coming your way all I want you to do is not to interact with him." Amara looked at him with suspicion. "And what if I do interact with him do I get to die and not come back to heaven?" Nolan looked at Amara with no expression. "Listen, all you have to do is follow what I tell you, okay? It isn't that hard to follow me." Amara could only laugh a bit before threatening him to leave her house before she did it personally and Nolan didn't feel like having a fight and just left and exactly three seconds later the three men she had been with almost all day finally came back home safely but not quite peacefully… And Amara could only put her hands on her ears again and walk to the kitchen to finally start dinner but she didn't have enough ingredients for four people so she decided she wouldn't eat this night but the next one that was coming up and she'll cover up a story for it. Amara didn't feel like cooking up a whole dinner after that conversation with Nolan so she decided to make something sweet for both her and the three men and make it extra fulfilling with a little spiritual magic. As she was making that the three men, Mo Yue, Kane and Ryo were all busy fixing the house and creating furniture for the house and the house got slowly filled with things it didn't even needed for some parts such as paintings of their own Gods and Ryo even decided to search so deep within the scroll collections to find a painting of Amara when he found it he was amazed at how new it and beautifully painted it was. He put it on the wall next to the other three Gods. And when they were finally done with filling up the house Amara was also done with her dessert and saw them all exhausted on the ground separated from each other she could only laugh at them. "Guys I finished making dinner but I think I somehow ended up with too much dessert than actual dinner…" She said with a cracked voice and everyone just suddenly stood up from their death beds and looked at her. "What type of dessert did you make?" They demanded of her and she could only feel her anxiety rise up even more from her body. "I made macaroons…" She whispered and looked away while hiding her face behind the kitchen door. "Wait really? When did you learn that??" Ryo asked with a surprised face. "That's a little secret of mine!~" She slowly showed the tray of macaroons. It was a big pile and she walked over and placed down the tray on the table close to Ryo. "If I am right they will be filling and nice to eat so do not eat too much. Got it?" Ryo and the two others could only nod their heads before taking the macaroons and eating them. Amara went to her room and quickly shut her door shut. She could only think about her small encounter with his highness. What did he mean not to interact with the demon coming our way… IT'S LITERALLY COMING OUR WAY. "Should I warn them or not? It's not like It will be able to get through the formation right?" Suddenly Kane was knocking on her door. "Your highness sorry to bother you but we have an urgent thing we have to discuss with you." "Yes please wait I need to freshen up a bit" Kane's ears got a bit more red than the morning and Kane covered his ears. "A-alright please take your time!" He said and in a rush went down the stairs and tried to keep calm downstairs. Amara was confused at first but got a hint and laughed a bit before coming out of the room and noticing a set of four paintings on the wall on the left side of the hallway. The three Gods of the three men whom they follow and at the far right she saw herself beside and she was amazed by the accuracy of her younger times. But then ignored it and went down stairs because of the fact she felt someone staring back at her from the painting and gave it one more last glance before wenting down stairs. As Amara finally went down the stairs she saw all three men sitting down in different clothing and seeing them discuss about this demon starting to get closer and closer by the second and it's not safe to stay in here for much longer. So Amara almost did the same as them and wanted to switch her form before Ryo stopped her. "You didn't eat so don't try to use your spiritual energy on this." He said with a macaroon in his hand and gave it to her to eat and she quickly looked away from embarrassment and ate the macaroon when he didn't look at her and when he did look at her again she didn't change her clothes but instead only added a moon clip and ponytail in her hair. Although it wasn't much spiritual energy wasted Amara shouldn't have done that so Ryo gave her two more and one kept safe to restore her energy and the other one to eat now. As she finally decided to sit down with Ryo, Kane suddenly asked Amara a question. "Princess Amara has his highness come to talk with you yet?" Amara looked at him confused. "No not yet, why? if you don't mind me asking." She said, lying again like the norm. "Because Audra reached out to me firstly talking about this demon coming our way and secondly she told me that his highness was on his way this way." He explained his reasoning. "Well maybe he got lazy and didn't come?" Amara said with a stern voice. "Sometimes I forget your problems with his highness sometimes." He sighed. "But that doesn't mean we can't ignore the demon coming our way right?" Amara nodded. "Did Alijah explain what kind of demon it is?" Then Kane suddenly looked away and so did Mo Yue whispering to each other on how to tell her. "It's one of the five of the ends." Ryo calmly said while drinking his tea. "I'm sorry but what?" Amara asked confusingly. "It's only natural for you to react like that since this group was formed a few years after you got house arrest. It happened 50 years ago. Since the first one came now over the span of that year four others started to follow him. And exactly a year ago "he" started to attack cities that were perhaps connected to his past although we have no real answer to the question we all just think it does. So probably the demon who is here right now is either him or one of his four followers." Ryo explained thoroughly to Amara. "I do have a question if you do not mind me asking…" "What is it?" "What are their names and titles?" Amara asked out of pure curiosity. "Right… May his highness forgive me for what I am about to say." He quietly whispered. "I'll keep it short as possible so try to follow along, okay?" He explained that the youngest who came in the group after 48 years ago, he is known as Rapheal, although he may seem the weakest out of them all, you shouldn't underestimate his skills. He is amazingly talented at physical combat and especially close combat that's why people keep themselves ready to attack from far or plan out sneak attack's against him. Most of the time it doesn't work but when it does he has his eyes locked on you and it will make you feel nauseous slowly by every second until you lose concuss and pass out or die from throwing up. The second youngest who came in the year 47 is known with the name Rex. We don't have much intel about her because she normally controls the night and shadows; she is of course only seen in the night or seen in shadows with different figures. It's a good ability to have for attacking people secretly and especially good for hiding and teleporting from shadow to shadow. Als thanks to these abilities she can see where people are due their shadows so if you ever think someone is watching you daylight it might be Rex. Her fighting style is mostly just attacking around you just to make you distracted and take the final blow on you. before you know it, so, with her you gotta keep a good eye open instead of none. Third youngest of the five who came in the group after 46 years is actually the second smartest out of them all and is surprisingly good at making tactics to make you surrender and submit yourself to him. He may look like a kind hearted person on the outside of his mask but inside of his mask he will use you as a puppet to get to his own goal and desires. Whenever you fall into his trap ideas it will feel like you are stuck in a cobweb and the spider is eating its dinner whenever someone gets murdered. And his name you probably still remember is Xen but wherever he goes and leaves he leaves an X behind to let us know where he was for the last time. Amara could only stare and daze out and think about this nice boy giving her flowers way back when they were still kids. What could have happened to make him do all this? She slowly came to reality and asked Ryo to continue his explanation. "I am not quite sure you'll even like the last two parts." He looked concerningly at Amara before turning his back, competing towards her. "Hey now, if I honestly didn't want to know then I wouldn't keep asking now would I?" Then there was only silence until someone let out a sigh. "I think it's better if you would just wait until you meet them yourself. Because "he" is not just one person after all." Ryo said, scratching his head before drinking his tea again. "Fine then I'll meet the last three people on my own then!" She said disappointingly. "But there is another problem at hand. Since we do not have any ideas of where any of them are located with only this strange demon heading towards us we have to stay on guard all the time." Mo Yue said. "But I wanna investigate why it's even in our area." "What makes you think people will not give you eyes if you're dressed like… THAT" Amara said with a laugh. "Do you truly believe people aren't going to ask where you're from? Only wear those clothes when you're in battle please and thank you." Mo Yue could only frown and look down at his clothes before almost crying on the couch. "YOU THINK MY CLOTHES LOOK BAD DON'T YOU? HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT TO YOUR FORMER AND LOYAL DISCIPLE!!!!" He yelled out to her with tears coming out of his face. "Wait, that's not what I meant at all- '' Before she could finish her sentence Kane could only rub Mo Yue's back in reinsurance. "Wauuww Princess Amara I expected more out of you!" Kane told Mo Yue it was okay but he had to change his clothes due the fact of the clothing change in the world. "OHH, so that's what her highness meant? I didn't think of that at all! Thank you for looking for me, your highness!" Amara could only sigh and think about what would have happened if she made him shut up with her bare fists there and now but quickly snapped out of her intrusive thoughts before they got any worse. "Well at least wear something flexible and comfortable for you. Do you even know what to wear?" She asked with a hint of excitement. "No, why would I know what to wear-" "GOOD. I'll help you." She said before Mo Yue could even finish his sentence she suddenly started dragging Mo Yue upstairs to make him wear an outfit that would make him "comfortable". Ryo and Kane could only look at each other and think about the same thing. "We are completely next." They could only sigh and wait for their turn as well screaming and pleading for her not to choose their outfits and if they can choose it themselves but Amara just keeps ignoring their whining and cries from her dear teammates. After three complete hours of Amara giving them their "Make-overs''. "Is everyone happy with their little make-over?" She excitedly asks. Then Ryo snaps character for a second. "Are you only doing this to me because they see you as ugly?" But before he actually could finish that sentence Mo Yue suddenly pushes him onto the ground. "Haha… I didn't see you there…!" "Mo Yue what the actual fuck? Are you FUCKING BLIND?" Ryo yelled at him. "HEY STOP SHOUTING!" Amara screamed at them. "It's already past midnight, do you guys honestly want people banging on our door because we are "too loud."?" Ryo and Mo Yue sat beside each other and shook their heads and simply with a sad no. "Good, Mo Yue and Ryo go outside to find out the exact reason why that weird thing is coming our way and lastly Kane…" "Yes, your highness?" Kane asked shankingly. "Wanna have a midnight walk?" She asked with a happy but slightly on the more angrier side with her voice. "Of course your highness, let's walk already shall we?" Kane quickly said with a sweat dripping from his face. "You two, if you're here any faster than four am in the morning I will not hesitate to cut off your own d-" "Your highness, please the night is not long!" Kane quickly jumped in before making her finish her own sentence because who knows how that sentence could've ended instead only chopping off their dicks, who would actually do such a cruel thing?! Well besides Princess Amara then… Kane quickly threw the thought away and walked out of the door with a "happy" Princess Amara by her side. The other two just stood there with a dead shocked face with their hands on their crotches after hearing… THAT comment she made. "Kyo, let's finish this mission fast before she actually does what she said she will." "Yeah… Let's just begin trying to meet it directly instead of sneak attacking it." He nervously said before making them both disappear in the night sky with a snap. Meanwhile they were teleporting away Amara and Kane could only walk in silence in the moonlight sky for quite some time. It's because Kane made the stupid move to grab Amara's hand and force her to go outside while she was having quite a fun time talking to those other two. Kane couldn't handle the silence between them anymore and suddenly grabbed her arm. "Your highness, why are we walking this much late at night? Why won't we rest back at the house, I am sure you must be tired as well right…? RIGHT?" Amara could just look at him and leave out a sigh. "Why are you acting so weird? We've barely been out… Or is it that you're…?" A smirk started to appear on Amaras face. "Whaat? Noo of course not haha… ha." Amara just stared at him with a raised eyebrow. "Yes, yes I am and it is humiliating." Then she just bursted out laughing. "HAHAHA YOU'RE SCARED OF THE DARK?? I DIDN'T EXPECT THAT FROM YOU." Kane got flustered and a little angry by her laughing but kept his anger by himself and decided to let her arm go. "Can we please just go? I am getting uncomfortable because it feels like we're being watched." He tried to explain himself and the air not being on his side, he could feel air being blown against his neck making him put his arms on his shoulders. "Okay, okay we will go back to the house." Amara said, putting her hand behind his back and walking away from the scene with him. After some quick seconds when they left there were sudden foot steps running behind them. Kane turned around to make sure they were not being followed, making his eyes shine to activate his skill, X-ray vision. And slowly turned around and made a conversation with Amara so she wouldn't notice, while having this conversation he noticed something odd about her. One of her eyes is shining bright red under the moonlight while the other one is not. Maybe he's overthinking it? Or maybe it's a defect after her house arrest. She has lost a lot of power because of it he thought observingly, he was quite curious how it even happened. "Hey Amara… I've been wondering about something for a while now." Amara looked up at him and gave him a sign to continue. "Your house arrest, why did he give it to you, what did you even do that you deserve all what you got?" She looked quite upset at the question but was happy to answer it for him. "Sometimes it may have been best for me if I had minded my own business when I was in the mortal realm before, people who you think care about you might be the ones who are also the ones who wish desperately on your own downfall before you even do yourself." She said with a painful tone while he could only look confused at her and her answer as if the reason didn't happen more than just once. "I got a bad mark because of it but it's healed now, normally people would ask for it to be removed but I am not interested in doing that." Instead of asking more questions Kane could only feel sadness and bitterness for her, he instead decided to ask her different questions to brighten up the mood between them. Meanwhile Ryo and Mo Yue were in the city walking around trying to find the unleashed demon heading their way, well it's heading everywhere but their way. It's trying to dodge them as if they are not important at all. "If I find this thing I WILL skin it alive if it won't stop dodging us." Mo Yue said angry while Ryo just sighed at him. "We've been trying to search for it but it's ignoring our presence as if we don't exist, the sun will even rise while we are searching." Not knowing whether to give up or not, Mo Yue started to use his spiritual connection between him and Amara. Luckily she picked up this time. "Princess…" He started to sob. She could only look at him with disbelief. Why is he crying at this time and hour? "Woah okay what happened with you guys?" She said in a concerned voice. "The thing keeps ignoring and dodging usss…" "So you met up with this so-called thing?" She asked him. "Yess and he keeps eyeing us and then turns around and walks away! What are we supposed to do? We don't wanna attack him out of nowhere." He cried out. "I'll send Kane over to help you guys." "Thank you, thank you so much your highness!!" He bows before ending the connection. "Well what did she say?" Ryo asked him curiously "Kane is coming!" He happily said while Ryo leaned against a wall. "Might as well wait or play a game between the time we wait for him." So they firstly started to play rock paper scissors and then tic tac toe, some cards… and they somehow ended up doing poker at some point??? Kna e finally arrived at the time when Mo Yue lost their poker game. "YOU PIECE OF SHIT???" "SSHH!!! It's night you damn imbecile." Ryo covered Mo Yue's mouth and got closer to his face whispering it to him, however Kane sadly witnessed everything and just stood there very awkwardly as if he walked in on them in a room, that kind of weird tension was it right now and sadly this wasn't the first time that this happened. He coughed before speaking, making the two men turn their heads and get scared by him. "Am I intruding on you guys "alone" time or what?" Ryo quickly jumped off Mo Yue trying to deny what just happened at the scene as if that will make it better after what Kane is imagining in his head. He just eyed them and leaned against the wall. "So why do you need MY help again?" He sighed and stared at both of them getting up from the ground and the cards disappearing and reappearing in Ryo's hand. "So basically this old man who was supposed to be the demon doesn't want to interact with us, AT ALL." "Why not return back and look at what we should do?" Kane suggested. "Her highness can't be left alone this time. What if it's after her?" He said with a serious tone. "What are you trying to say? Of course it's not after her, why should it???" "Yeah? Then where is the demon?" Ryo and Mo Yue quickly looked at each other and then behind them and back. "But he was just there?!" They both said worriedly. "Either that game of poker or your so-called friendship between you had scared him away." "We should check on her highness right this minute!"
