In the shadows, a muffled grunt cut through the tense silence. A sharp hiss was heard as someone took in a breath and began running, Twings snapped underfoot in a desperate attempt to run to safety.
"Who are you?" A voice asked desperately before a fist came in contact with its face.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!" Another voice followed as it lifted up a piece of wood to strike the intruder.A choked cry tore through the night in a raw edge of pain and desperation, it was followed by the sound of a neck snapping, It took some seconds before a heavy thud was heard as the sound of a body hit the ground.
"No ooooooooooo, you killed her?" A loud cry echoed through the night followed by a loud scream.
A fist met the side of the intruder with a muffled thud, a strangled gasp escaped the intruder.
"Who are you? What do you want?" A voice screamed at the intruder.
