Dylan Pov
"Did you get what I said?" She asked loudly, her father and her exchanged a confused look.
"Did I get what you said? Do you know that your so-called father is a murderer? I will destroy you all?" I screamed in my head, I forced a smile instead and nodded. I knew if I tried to speak, I would spoil the plan.
"Very well then, Are you okay? You seem so.....angry?" She asked, rousing the attention of everyone in the room.
"Why won't I be angry? Your father took what was precious to me and you are enjoying what is rightfully mine. I will destroy you!!?" I screamed in my head again. Everyone waited for me to say something but instead I grit my teeth and remained quiet.
"Control yourself Dylan. Don't blow our cover." Draco communicated with me telepathically.
"I want to shred them to pieces. I don't think I can wait anymore." I screamed back to him.
"I apologize on his behalf, that's how his face is. He barely speaks yet he is the best in what he does." Anele covered up for me.
I forced a smile and nodded again.
"Oh I see, I heard that he is the best though.. Well that's all for now. You can go about your jobs." She ordered and continued chatting with her father.
I stood there furiously with my fists clenched, Anele held my hand and dragged me out of the room.
Only when we were outside the mansion and alone was I able to breathe.
"That was a close one, you almost blew our cover." Anele folded her arms and looked at me.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! I couldn't stand seeing them so happy when her father caused me so much misery." I screamed my lungs out.
After some minutes of venting my anger, I calmed down.
"Do you feel better?" Anele asked, she was standing silently and watched me scream.
"No, not at all…. But I am back in control." I replied, anger was still evident in my voice.
"What next?" Anele asked, she looked around to be sure we were alone.
"We go on with the initial plan." I stated, it was time for phase two.
I continued my job for the day and did everything perfectly.
I went to the hotel and met Draco there.
"Hi." I was exhausted from controlling myself.
"You almost lost it today… but you didn't. You are going to see her almost everyday and bump into the alpha too." Draco said, "you have to learn control, we can't afford vengeance taking control again."
I sighed and sank on the chair. He was right. I was supposed to be in total control. But seeing them happy, filled me with anger, hate and a little envy.
"I am sorry, I will do better next time." I apologized and rubbed my temple.
"I know you will, that is why I asked Anele to start training you on how to control your emotions and especially vengeance." Draco said as he walked towards me.
"When is she starting the training?" I asked as Draco sat next to me.
"Today. We can't have you losing it now or anytime in the future. Especially when carrying out your revenge." Draco explained, "I know this is hard on you... but you don't have to do this, we can go far away from all this, start a new life."
I sighed, he was right. But recently, after vengeance almost took over, I couldn't communicate with my mom anymore and to top it all up, I was having nightmares of that night with my mother's words haunting me.
"Why are you a man, I thought Anele turned you into a woman."I asked.
"At home I am me, at work undercover lily. I don't like being a girl, my chest is sore from carrying those breasts all day." Draco explained with a groan.
I smiled and rested my head on Draco's shoulder and wrapped my hands around him. I closed my eyes and took in a sniff of his scent. He smelt like home. I always feel at peace whenever he is around me.
"Draco, promise you won't leave me." I said, hugging him tighter.
"I don't have a choice kid, I am stuck with you." Draco groaned.
I chuckled, typical Draco. Soon I fell asleep hugging him and I had no nightmares this time.
I woke up and noticed I was still hugging Draco. He was fast asleep, I looked at him and noticed how handsome and cute he was. I wondered why he was still single when he had all these features. He rarely talked about his past and would quickly change the subject to something else if I asked him.
He acted tough all the time but deep down I knew he cared about me or else he would not sacrifice his comfort and stay in this position just for me.
I went close to his face and lifted his hair off his face. My gaze fell on his lips, I have always wondered what it would...
"What do you think you are doing?" He said and opened his eyes.
"I… I .. I .." I stuttered, what would be the best explanation for this situation.
I looked at his eyes and noticed how lovely they were. Even though I was confused, I looked for a way to not make me look like a creep.
"Why didn't you wake me up, I could have gone to my room instead of putting you in this uncomfortable position.
He smiled at me and ruffled my hair, "I know about the nightmares you are having so I let you sleep.
"Awwwwwww, you act like you don't care about me but you do." I said feeling loved.
"Uggghhh. Like I said, I am stuck with you."
"Ewwwww, Yuck. If you two lovers are done, it's time for training." Anele said as she walked in on us.
Draco laughed and I blushed instead.
"Focus on your task Dylan, there will be time for other things." he said and walked to his room.
I wondered what he meant by that.
