Zoe sighed helplessly, rubbing her forehead. "Didn't you notice the judges' table just now? The person who spoke to you was sitting at the center seat!"
Thomas scratched his head, thinking for a moment before hesitantly replying, "I guess so..."
Zoe made a defeated face again and waved her hand. "Let's go. I'll explain more to you later."
Zoe then told Thomas everything she knew about Pierce.
"Mr. Pierce is really impressive!" Thomas felt elated thinking about how such an important person had spoken to him.
In the past, even meeting someone like that in person would have been difficult, let alone having a conversation.
"Yes, you got lucky today. From the way he acted, it seems he took a liking to you," Zoe said, a hint of envy in her voice as she recalled Pierce's warm attitude towards Thomas.
