Nathan, in a good mood, eagerly shared the details of his interview with Ava.
"Ava, I might soon have a job. It's not a high position, but it's a step back into the workforce."
Ava's heart ached upon hearing this. She forced a smile and said, "Congratulations in advance."
"Yes, after searching for so long, it's finally something. I never realized finding a job could be this tough," Nathan said with a self-deprecating laugh, recalling his past.
