Chapter 133 - The Real Culprit

Iris was truly terrified, tears streaming down her face as she clung to Nathan's hand.

 

"I genuinely don't know where she went. It was because those two were incompetent that I came here to handle it myself. Nathan, please believe me, this time I'm telling the truth!"

 

Iris had done all of this for a lifetime of wealth and luxury, but that didn't mean she was willing to go to prison for it. That would ruin her entire life.

 

Nathan ignored her pleas, picking up his phone to call his bodyguards.

 

"Save these words for the police station!"

 

Realizing Nathan was determined to turn her in, Iris shouted in fear.

 

"I saved your life once! Is this how you repay your savior?"

 

Nathan paused for a moment upon hearing her words. Iris knew she had struck a nerve and continued to cry as she spoke.
