"Manager Lewis, what brings you here? Is there something you need?"
Kevin asked with a smile plastered across his face."Just a minor thing, but I hope I'm not interrupting anything?"
Chris shook his head, his voice laden with exhaustion.
"With things as chaotic as they are, what's on your mind?" Chris inquired.
Kevin internally speculated on the meaning behind Chris's words before handing over the freshly printed tender proposals.
"I've rewritten a few proposals. The previous ones were not to Mr. Ford's liking—he suggested I run them by you before resubmitting."
Chris took the proposals, flipping through them quickly, his brows furrowing. Then, he turned to his computer and began typing, seemingly searching for some information.
From the corner of his eye, Kevin watched, catching glimpses of various budget figures—was this the budget for the bidding meeting?
