Upon hearing this, Nora Wright crossed her arms and stood haughtily.
"Target you? Ava, don't flatter yourself. I simply can't stand people as hypocritical as you. You might look appealing, but your actions are utterly contemptible."
Lily Moore nodded vigorously, her gaze filled with disdain as she looked at Ava.
"Exactly, we've been in the design industry for so long. What benefit could we possibly gain by targeting a newcomer like you? But you, acting all high and mighty towards Iris, disrespecting her as if winning some award makes you superior?"
Ava was amazed at the ability of these two women to blatantly lie. Did they think everyone else was blind, that loudness equated to truth?
