Before Arthur could set in the realization of what had happened, he had instantly been pinned to the ground by Alaric with his free hand along with his humorous voice settling in.
"I win kiddo."
It was then that Arthur realized he had been defeated, utterly and gravely.
With all his power and being called a genius, it still hadn't taken 30 seconds for Alaric to completely pin him to the ground with the barest amount of his power.
He felt frustrated and helpless again due to his weakness but was quickly snapped out by a small hit to his head by Alaric.
"Stop taking it to your head, there's no need to feel bad like I said." He scolded Arthur and the latter lightly nodded after a moment.
Alaric smiled lightly and gestured towards his blood weapon which was now in the form of threads glued to his arms.
