Arthur's eyelids fluttered open weakly and the bleak rays of golden sunlight entered through the opening of the tent into his eyes.
'Where am I?'
As soon as the thought passed his mind, memories of yesterday rushed through his mind in blazing speed making anger and frustration spark within him again at his weakness.
Although it wasn't his fault since the rank was just too high, he couldn't help but feel weak and disgusted at himself.
Before he could do anything though, a mature feminine voice that he was quite familiar with, entered his ears.
"You're finally awake." Sylria voiced from the side.
Arthur's gaze drifted towards her but being reminded of the last battle, he couldn't meet her gaze.
"Yeah."
Sylria frowned slightly, seeing his clenched fists and frustrated face.
