"Do you have some kind of drink energy drink but in a pill?" I asked Nyssa, exhausted. The sun came up, and the girl took away my last remaining wisp of stamina. Merry was lying just where I left her, although she was doing it mainly out of laziness and exhaustion rather than the inability to get up.
"No, let's go get some sleep, it's already five. We can return tonight."
And with that, Nyssa drove us to our house after freezing the mud off our bodies. Dad would've been worried if I didn't appear at home for long, after all, I was still living there. I never thought there was anything binding about living with my Dad, and even now, it wasn't a big deal given the fact I had complete freedom.
I would probably buy a house for myself if I wanted to invite more friends over or live with my girls, but it was easy to forget we were together for less than a month.
