In the fortified hall, two rows of heavily armed guards flanked the red carpet.
The old man in red gestured for Arthur to choose a beautiful sword from a nearby room. Once Arthur selected one, the old man took it in hand and led the way.
"Angel Empire, King Arthur, please," he said.
As they entered the enormous hall, Arthur's eyes were immediately drawn to the high throne. Although its aesthetics didn't quite appeal to him, he could distinctly feel the aura of supreme power emanating from it.
Powerful! Noble!
Only someone of great stature could sit upon the Void Throne.
Arthur followed the old man in red to the steps and stood there, observing the first platform adorned with numerous swords.
"Now, please swear your oath," the old man said, looking at Arthur expectantly.
However, Arthur remained silent, his gaze fixated on the Void Throne, his eyes gleaming. "Who sits on that throne?" he asked, pointing.
The old man's expression shifted drastically, and he replied with utmost seriousness, "Even if it's just a joke, that can never happen!"
"No one is permitted to sit on the throne. It is the Void Throne, symbolizing the equality of all franchise nations, and the oath symbol for all kings, regardless of their superiority or tyranny!"
"The throne of the Void, guarded by the twenty weapons who founded the World Government, is the absolute center of this world! It represents the peace that the twenty gods have sworn to protect. No one can claim it for themselves, just as the Celestial Dragons, the highest position of the Dragons, divide their power among five rather than allowing it to rest in one person's hands."
"In this world, no single king governs over everything."
Arthur quietly contemplated the old man's serious words. "Is there really no one person in charge of the world?"
"Of course!" the old man replied firmly to Arthur's seemingly rhetorical question.
"Then please swear your oath, King Arthur!" the old man urged.
Yet Arthur did not turn his gaze away but continued to inquire, "What if I wanted to place my sword there?" He pointed toward a higher platform.
"That's impossible. Only the Celestial Dragons, who are the nobles of the world, can place their swords in that location!" The old man looked at Arthur in shock, seemingly unable to comprehend why he would entertain such thoughts.
Hearing this, Arthur merely glanced at the old man, remaining silent.
He took the old man's hand, and together they swore the oath.
Afterward, Arthur stepped onto the red carpet, walking among the hundreds of rusty swords.
A royal family may insert only one sword, and its descendants need not insert another. Only if the kingdom's royal family has no successors and a son-in-law or a relative from a different clan inherits the throne can a new sword be added.

Arthur casually planted the sword into the ground, glanced at the highest throne and the twenty swords surrounding it, then turned and walked down.
"Then, King Arthur, please proceed to the Social Square. The World Summit will begin shortly," the old man said to Arthur, summoning a guard to lead him.
As Arthur walked, he continued to ponder the Void Throne.
Logically, the Five Elders were also Celestial Dragons and held the highest position among them.
The Nefertari clan, one of the original twenty families, chose not to reside in Mary Geoise. This was labeled a betrayal by the Five Elders.
This meant there were nineteen families among the Celestial Dragons, with the Five Elders maintaining control over the world for many years.
Ultimately, the highest authority in the world belonged to the Five Elders.
Whether these five rotate among the twenty families remained uncertain.
Yet Arthur sensed that the Five Elders likely did take turns.
He just wasn't sure if that was indeed the truth.
Lost in thought, Arthur reached the previous location, ready to board the elevator.
Just as he was about to step inside, he suddenly halted, his expression darkening as a faint Conqueror's Haki radiated from him.
Huh~
In an instant, Arthur vanished from sight.
The guards around him felt an oppressive pressure that made them uncomfortable, startling them as they looked around, only to find Arthur had disappeared.
Meanwhile, in the Social Square...
At that moment, a giant wearing headgear had captured princess, bringing her to the ground as he prepared to shackle her.
Nearby, a rotund man with a runny nose, who appeared to be in his thirties but acted and spoke like a child, was excitedly shouting, "I found the treasure! I found the treasure!"
All the kings nearby cowered in fear.
Even those who had previously engaged in friendly conversation with Neptune now kept their distance, worried about the safety of their friend, who wore a grim expression with clenched fists.
Beside Neptune, princess's three older brothers were also tense, fists clenched, itching to charge forward. Yet Neptune held them back with a fierce determination.
"Father! princess!" Shark exclaimed, anxiety etched on his face, filled with worry and rage.
"How can we tolerate such savage behavior!? Father King!" he shouted, desperate for action.
Neptune remained silent, his horrified expression revealing deep anger and disappointment.
Meanwhile, Raki and Yana were surrounded by some branded slaves, but those individuals had already been subdued.
The Celestial Dragons had cheered for having captured such treasures—a massive mermaid and two beautiful angels. However, when they noticed that all the slaves they had acquired were now downed, their expressions turned to fury.
"Damn it, CP0! Capture those angels for me! I want them as my slaves and collectors!" the Celestial Dragon shouted angrily at the CP0 agents.
In the fortified hall, two rows of heavily armed guards flanked the red carpet.
The old man in red gestured for Arthur to choose a beautiful sword from a nearby room, then took the sword in hand and led the way.
"Angel Empire, King Arthur, please," he announced.
As Arthur entered the vast hall, his gaze immediately fell upon the imposing high throne. Despite the aesthetic differences, he could distinctly sense its superior power.
Powerful! Noble!
Only a person of such caliber could occupy the Void Throne.
Following the old man in red, Arthur ascended the steps and stood before the first platform adorned with numerous swords.
"Now, please swear," the old man instructed, looking at Arthur expectantly.
But Arthur remained silent, his eyes fixed on the Void Throne, curiosity gleaming within them. "Who sits upon the throne?"
The old man's expression shifted drastically as he replied with gravity, "Even if it's merely a jest, it must never be taken lightly!"
"No one is permitted to sit on the throne. It is the Void Throne, symbolizing the equality of all the franchise countries and the oath of all kings, regardless of their superiority or dictatorship!"
"The throne of the void is protected by the twenty weapons that established the World Government, serving as the absolute center of this world. It is the throne that the twenty gods vowed to guard, representing absolute peace! Just as the Celestial Five Elders, the highest position among the Dragons, divide power among five rather than allowing it to rest in the hands of one."
"In this world, no single king can govern all."
Arthur listened quietly, considering the old man's serious words. "So, there's truly no one person in charge of the world?"
"Of course!" the old man affirmed decisively in response to Arthur's seemingly murmured question.
"Then please, swear, King Arthur!" he urged.
Yet Arthur continued to gaze at the Void Throne, pondering, "What if I wanted to stick my sword there?" He pointed to a higher place.
"That is impossible! Only the Celestial Dragons, the nobles of the world, can insert their swords there!" The old man looked at Arthur in shock, seemingly unable to grasp why he would entertain such thoughts.
Arthur regarded the old man for a moment but remained silent.
He took the old man's hand and proceeded to swear the oath.
Afterward, Arthur walked step by step along the red carpet.
Hundreds of rusty Madara swords lined the area.
Each royal family may insert only one sword; their descendants need not continue the tradition. A new sword is only added if the royal line ceases, and a son-in-law or relative from a different clan ascends to the throne.

Arthur casually planted his sword into the ground, casting a glance at the highest throne and the twenty swords surrounding it before turning to walk down.
"Then, King Arthur, please proceed to the Social Square. The World Summit will begin soon," the old man instructed, signaling a guard to lead Arthur.
As he walked, Arthur continued to ponder the Void Throne.
Logically, the Five Elders are also Celestial Dragons, holding the highest rank among them.
Historically, the Nefertari clan, one of the original twenty families, chose not to settle in Mary Geoise, which the Five Elders labeled a betrayal.
This means there are nineteen families among the Celestial Dragons, with the Five Elders having maintained control over the world for many years.
Whether these five individuals rotate among the twenty families remains uncertain.
However, Arthur suspected that the Five Elders do indeed take turns.
He was left wondering about the truth of the matter.
Lost in his thoughts, Arthur reached the previous location, preparing to board the elevator.
Just as he was about to step in, he suddenly halted, his expression darkening as a faint Conqueror's Haki radiated from him.
Huh~
In an instant, Arthur vanished from his spot.
The pressure he exerted made the guards around him extremely uncomfortable, causing them to look around in confusion as Arthur disappeared.
In the Social Square, the White Star was being restrained by a giant in headgear, preparing to be shackled.
Nearby, a portly man with a runny nose, who appeared to be in his thirties but acted and spoke like a child, was excitedly shouting, "I found a treasure! I found a treasure!"
All the kings stood at a distance, hiding in fear.
Even those who had previously chatted with Neptune now kept their distance, wary of the potential harm to the mermaid.
Beside Neptune, the White Star's three older brothers clenched their fists, eager to intervene. However, Neptune held them back firmly.
"Father! princess..." Shark exclaimed, worry, anger, and distress evident on his face. "How can we tolerate such savage and rude behavior!? Father King!"
Neptune remained silent, his face reflecting deep anger and disappointment.
Meanwhile, Raki and Yana were surrounded by some branded slaves, but these individuals had all been subdued.
The Celestial Dragons initially rejoiced at capturing the giant mermaid, believing they had struck gold by seizing two beautiful angels. However, when they noticed that their slaves had all been knocked out, fury consumed them.
"Damn it, CP0! Capture those angels for me! I want them as my slaves and collectors!" the Celestial Dragon shouted at CP0 in anger.
CP0 hesitated momentarily. The five angels were still with that mysterious individual.
"Hey! Didn't you hear? Capture them for me!" The Celestial Dragon noticed CP0's reluctance and demanded again.
Exchanging glances, CP0 finally decided to take action.
After all, they were in Mary Geoise! They had no choice but to obey the Celestial Dragon's orders.
Just then, Enel and the other three stood beside Raki and Yana, all looking grim, uncertain whether to make a move.
Suddenly, a crackling sound of thunder and lightning erupted.
Raki, Yana, Enel, Neptune, and Jinbe, who were poised to strike, felt a rush of hope.
Bang~
The giant holding the White Star was sent flying, crashing through the wall of Pangu City.
"What!?" Everyone was in shock. 'Who would dare to act here! ?'
"Huh?" The Celestial Dragons turned to see a human, back turned to them, where their slave had once stood.
"Huh? Who are you? Where is my slave?"
Arthur ignored the Celestial Dragons and gently asked the White Star, "princess, are you okay?"
Panic filled princess's eyes, but upon seeing Arthur, she calmed down significantly. Fighting back tears, she wiped her eyes and said gratefully, "Master Arthur, I'm fine."
"That's good!" Arthur nodded and turned back around.
Before that, CP0, who had been preparing to intervene against Raki and the others, suddenly changed their expressions, instantly taking defensive positions in front of the Celestial Dragons.
"Charlotte Saint! Be careful, this person is one of the world's top powerhouses!" one of the CP0 members warned.
The Celestial Dragons, meanwhile, continued to shout angrily, demanding to seize the angels and mermaids.
"Charros? Saint..." Arthur frowned, recalling something.
'Isn't this the same fool who was beaten by Luffy in the original story? History is surprisingly similar. As long as he sees the White Star, he won't let her go!'
Arthur was fully aware that if the Celestial Dragons noticed either the White Star or Raki and the others, more would undoubtedly come to intervene.
That's why he had brought Enel, a powerhouse nearing Admiral level, Wyper, who was close to the same level, and Wald, who was nearly at the peak of elite lieutenant generals.
He had previously warned Jessica to keep her distance from powerful Marines during the World Summit. As soon as he communicated this, he distanced himself from the Marine's might and looked for an opportunity to destroy the Red Earth continent beneath Mary Geoise.
In addition, Yana was nearly at Quasi-Admiral strength, while Raki possessed a unique Paramecia laser fruit ability that, combined with her lightning fruit powers, made her strength comparable to Yana. Even if they couldn't win, they could escape swiftly.
All of this had been part of Arthur's calculations. However, he hadn't expected that one of the Celestial Dragons here would be Charlos from the original story.
"You! Who are you! How dare you interfere with my slave capture!" Charlos exclaimed, glaring at Arthur while simultaneously urging the CP0 agents.
Arthur sighed, annoyed. "What did the Five Elders tell you? Remember to eat or not? Celestial Dragons...you fool!"
A suffocating aura began to manifest, causing the turf in the Social Square to lift and the stone floor to crack beneath the pressure.
The radius of this influence gradually expanded.
Those not directly exposed to the aura struggled to breathe.
"King Arthur? What does he intend to do?"
"What a terrifying Haki!"
"Is he going to take action against the Celestial Dragons? We don't want to be involved in this, damn it!"
The faces of the participating kings turned pale, fear evident in their expressions.
At that moment, Celestial Dragons Charlos felt a shift in the atmosphere, dizziness threatening to overcome him as he staggered back in horror.
"What do you want!? I am a Celestial Dragon! I am a descendant of God!"
The CP0 agents also sensed the mounting pressure and were alarmed. Facing the overwhelming Conqueror's Haki enveloping them, they struggled to speak, "King Arthur, this is Mary Geoise! Cease your actions! Don't commit an unforgivable mistake
