With the sound of the dragon, Nolan soared for dozens of kilometers and quickly reached the sky above God Island.
After circling twice, Nolan slowly descended.
This journey to the World Government was the perfect occasion for him.
Being so high in the air was different, showcasing Arthur's prestige and Haki.
In the world, many have mounts, but Arthur is the only one who looks this impressive.
As Nolan landed, a few people jumped onto his back.
Arthur stood confidently between the dragon's horns, with Yana and Raki positioned behind him.
The three, Enel and the others, stood at the neck beneath the dragon's head.
Only Arthur was allowed to stand on the dragon's head; it was an unspoken rule. Since Nolan transformed into a dragon, he had gradually refused to let others stand on top of his head between his horns.
"Let's go, Nolan!" Arthur ordered gently after everyone had mounted.
Immediately, Nolan let out a roar, as if he were suffering from an ailment that prevented him from flying without it. With another dragon cry, golden clouds appeared beneath him, lifting Nolan high into the sky.
Nolan was becoming more proficient at flying, skillfully controlling the golden clouds beneath him.
His dragon form now spanned over a thousand meters, a size he had not transformed into. It was the result of the IQ Grass, representing Nolan's eternal form.
The three-stage transformation of his Devil Fruit only greatly affected Nolan.
Now, he could freely and skillfully use the golden clouds without changing his body. When he flew, he moved with grace and authority, without any sense of stagnation.
This time, Arthur didn't have Nolan fly in the Calm Belt or the White Sea; instead, they soared high above the Grand Line, making a grand entrance.
Nolan's speed was astonishing. He zipped through the sky, and occasionally, electric sparks flickered within the golden clouds.
Although Nolan's flight speed wasn't as fast as Jessica's, it was still impressive. There was no comparison between him and Arthur.
Even Arthur himself wasn't sure just how fast he could fly; he probably traveled beyond the red-ringed planet without realizing it.
The continuous electromagnetic ejection was incredibly powerful.
If Arthur were to claim he had the second-fastest flying speed in the world of One Piece, no one would dare to challenge him for the first place—not even Kizaru!
Kizaru could move at light speed, but he was limited to straight lines. If he wanted to change direction, he had to rely on his eight-foot mirror to reflect light and move at light speed, which were his only methods of achieving such speed.
Although he could move at the speed of light, it didn't mean his reaction speed was on par with his abilities.
Kizaru certainly had the best reaction time among the pirates, but Arthur's Thunder Fruit (Goro Goro no Mi) gave him even faster reaction abilities, making Arthur's speed even more formidable.
So, while Kizaru moved faster, his reaction time couldn't keep up, limiting his ability to fully utilize his light speed. Apart from using the eight-foot mirror, he rarely moved at light speed.
If Kizaru could dash short distances at light speed, he would be invincible. Even the peak of Whitebeard would fall to him in a single blow!
That said, Arthur and the others were traveling toward Mary Geoise on Nolan, but they were not going unnoticed.
People were astonished as they spotted them, with many taking out cameras to capture the moment.
Four hours later, starting at 7 in the morning, it was now exactly 11 o'clock.
Ten kilometers away, the Red Line was clearly visible to everyone.
With their enhanced eyesight, sharper than an eagle's, they could see the small town below Mary Geoise.
At that moment, in the small town just beneath Mary Geoise, people were bustling about.
Kings were slowly making their way toward the airship amidst the cheers of the crowd.
"Huh? What's that?" A man suddenly noticed something flying toward them from the distance; it looked quite large.
The man's eyes widened as he stared at the rapidly approaching figure. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
"What are you doing?" the person next to him asked, confused by his reaction.
"Dragon! Dragon! A dragon is coming!" the first man shouted, pointing at the distant dragon soaring through the sky.
The questioning man turned to look and soon spotted the giant dragon that was now less than two kilometers away.
"Uh! There are dragons!"
At that moment, many people were drawn to the scene and spotted an indigo blue dragon riding on golden auspicious clouds, flying toward them.
With the roar of the dragon, Nolan soared across dozens of kilometers and quickly reached the sky above the Island of God. After circling twice, he slowly descended.
This journey to the World Government was ideal for showcasing Arthur's prestige and Haki. While others might have mounts, only Arthur could command such a striking presence.
As Nolan landed, a few figures leaped onto his back. Arthur stood proudly between the dragon's horns, with Yana and Raki positioned behind him. The three members of Enel's group stood beneath Nolan's neck. According to a mutual understanding, only Arthur could occupy that unique spot. Since Nolan transformed into a dragon, his pride prevented anyone else from standing between his horns.
"Let's go, Nolan!" Arthur ordered gently after everyone was aboard.
With another dragon's roar, Nolan unleashed a burst of energy, as if awakening from a slumber. Golden clouds surged beneath him, lifting Nolan high into the sky. Nolan's flying abilities had improved greatly, allowing him to control the golden clouds with ease. His massive form, over a thousand meters long, was now his eternal dragon shape, evolved from the IQ Grass.
Nolan's three-stage transformation, typical of Devil Fruits, mainly affected him, allowing for a seamless flight without changing his physical appearance. His movements were graceful and full of authority, defying gravity as he glided through the air.
This time, Arthur chose a more visible route across the Grand Line instead of the Calm Belt or White Sea. As they flew, Nolan's speed was remarkable, with electric sparks occasionally flickering around him. Although Nolan couldn't match Jessica's speed, he was still quite fast—though Arthur was on another level entirely.
Arthur himself was unaware of his full flight speed; he might have even crossed the red-ringed planet without realizing it. His electromagnetic propulsion was incredibly powerful, and he could confidently claim to be the second fastest flyer in the One Piece universe, with no one daring to claim the top spot—not even Kizaru.
Kizaru, while fast, had limitations; he could only move in a straight line at light speed or use the eight-foot mirror to reflect light and move. His speed was formidable, but his reaction time couldn't keep pace with his abilities. Arthur's Thunder Fruit granted him superior reaction power, making him a fearsome competitor.
As Arthur and his companions approached Mary Geoise, they attracted attention. The guards went on high alert, as this World Summit, held every four years, was sacred and could not be disrupted.
"Don't worry, Arthur and the others are here," said a stunning beauty in a justice cloak, smiling.
"King Arthur's arrival is truly majestic," remarked a tall woman with a beauty mark at the corner of her mouth—this was Jessica, alongside the future Peach Rabbit, Gion.
"King Arthur? How pretentious," scoffed a man wearing a brown mesh suit and a gentleman's hat; this was the tea dolphin, who would nearly become an Admiral in the future.
Jessica merely chuckled, unbothered by his remarks, while Gion felt her face flush slightly under Jessica's playful gaze.
The guards began to calm the initially panicked crowd, announcing, "Don't panic, everyone! The one approaching is God Arthur, the king of the Angel Empire!"
The guards prepared for the king's arrival, recognizing that he wasn't just a typical monarch; he was one of the world's top powerhouses.
With a thunderous roar, Nolan hovered in the sky above Mary Geoise, capturing the awe of everyone below. They knew that Kaido, the pirate overlord of the New World and one of the Four Emperors, had sought this dragon but had failed.
As Nolan drew closer, excitement surged through the crowd. They caught glimpses of five figures atop the dragon, wings shimmering behind them.
"An angel! There really are angels in this world!" the crowd exclaimed in wonder.
As Arthur communicated with Nolan from the dragon's head, several figures gracefully descended. Nolan, waving his tail, flew back to Sky Island, anticipating a successful meeting that would not require him to return for another ride.
Arthur appeared to float downwards, defying gravity, while Raki, Yana, and Enel followed, spreading their wings as they flew down.
With a soft thud, Arthur landed and scanned his surroundings. He sensed the presence of Jinbe and the Neptune family nearby, who had arrived half an hour earlier but stayed ashore, waiting for him.
As they approached, several Neptune's floated towards him in bubbles, their excitement palpable. The crowd, meanwhile, marveled at the beauty of Princess, the mermaid princess.
"Is that really Princess? I've heard she's as beautiful as the Empress!"
Princess blushed at the attention, waving cheerfully.
"Hello! Hello!" she called out happily, her smile brightening the atmosphere.
"Princess, I love you!" one admirer shouted, causing a frenzy in the crowd.
Arthur chuckled as he greeted Princess warmly, "Long time no see, Princess!"
"Yes! It's so wonderful to see you, Lord Arthur!" she beamed, her joy evident.
"Mr. Arthur," the four Neptune's and Jinbe greeted him with respect. They felt confident entering the World Summit, knowing Arthur's support would help them navigate this challenging environment.
"Mr. Garp, it's good to see you again," Arthur nodded at the legendary Marine.
"Look at you, standing on a dragon's head! I've never seen anything so majestic before, hahahaha!" Garp laughed heartily.
Arthur chatted amicably with Neptune and the others while Raki and Yana admired Princess.
The mood was friendly and relaxed, creating a harmonious atmosphere as they prepared to board the airship that would take them to Mary Geoise, the dwelling place of the Celestial Dragons. Arthur felt a mix of anticipation and apprehension about what lay ahead.
