In the Fleet Admiral's office, Z glanced back at Binz, who looked just as confused, before turning to Arthur.

"I'm not sure what King Arthur wants Binz to do. Is it about creating plants?"

Arthur nodded at Z's question and replied, "Yes, there's a giant vine in my country that reaches the sky. I think you all know it. Now that the sky has been rebuilt, the vine isn't tall enough. I plan to find those with plant-based Devil Fruit abilities to help grow it."

Everyone in the room was taken aback by this revelation.

Sengoku and Lieutenant General Tsuru, in particular, were shocked. They had both seen that vine, which was over 12,000 meters long!

If Binz was tasked with creating it, that would be a daunting challenge. Even if it were possible, it would be exhausting.

Z wasn't fully aware of the situation and didn't notice the strange expressions on Sengoku and Tsuru's faces. Instead, he said to Arthur, "It's fine for him to create vines. However, Binz is a student at the elite training camp, and I worry he won't have much time."

"Don't worry about that! Kojima is only three days away from here. While he's helping us, I can also provide him with some valuable training tips. What do you think?" Arthur assured, glancing at Binz.

Upon hearing this, the eyes of those in the office brightened.

Although Arthur was only twenty years old, his combat abilities placed him among the world's strongest.

What kind of person with a Devil Fruit ability could rise to such power so quickly? It was clear that he must have unique insights into Devil Fruit abilities and personal training.

Binz, who had been silent since he arrived, now seemed inspired.

He had been paying close attention to Arthur during their meeting. The elite training camp was made up of young people like him, and seeing someone his age—or even younger—achieving such greatness sparked his curiosity.

Without a doubt, Arthur was a top genius!

"In that case…" Z frowned, hesitating for a moment.

"Z, I think it's better if the training camp doesn't operate in isolation. You should accompany King Arthur to the Angel Empire. As one of the world's top powerhouses, King Arthur must have valuable insights on training," Sengoku suggested cleverly.

"By going this time, you can assist King Arthur while also exchanging ideas. King Arthur, what do you think?"

Sengoku was always concerned about the strength of the Ten Angel Legion. If they could train such a powerful army, they must have unique training methods.

Additionally, King Arthur's mastery of the Thunder Fruit(Goro Goro no Mi) was impressive, and they might gain some unique insights into Devil Fruits as well. This trip would be short, but it could yield significant benefits.

Being a top powerhouse doesn't come from uniform training; there must be various unique approaches to cultivation.

Z understood Sengoku's reasoning and nodded in agreement. "I have no objections if that's the case. What do you think, King Arthur?"

He thought to himself that these Marines were quite clever. Arthur smiled and nodded.

"If the Marine elites are willing, I have no problem. Just as long as my presence doesn't cause any delays," he replied.

"Of course not! King Arthur has achieved so much at just twenty; you must be extraordinary!" Sengoku said with a warm smile. As long as Arthur remained serious and focused, there was no way he would mislead anyone or cause delays.

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, you flatter me. Now that this is settled, I have one more request," Arthur said humbly, preparing to discuss Jessica.

"Oh? What request do you have?" Sengoku asked.

"This is my fiancée, a Lion Fruit user(Fuwa Fuwa no Mi). She loves kendo. I've heard there are many kendo masters in the Marines, so I hope Jessica can train with your swordsmen," Arthur explained, pointing to Jessica, who had been quietly listening.

Arthur was considerate about Jessica joining the Marines. He believed it was better to establish a connection with a powerful organization like the Marines early on.

Jessica, who aspired to master swordsmanship, was excited about the opportunity to train with the Marines' swordsmen.

In recent years, following Arthur had changed her perspective on adventure. She now wanted to become a powerful female swordsman, striving to be the best in the world!

Arthur had told her that even if she couldn't dominate in one era, she could rule over many with a long life. With such a long lifespan, becoming a top swordsman wouldn't be too difficult.

"Training with the Marines' swordsmen?" The others looked at Jessica, a Lion Fruit user and a former foe.

They still didn't fully understand how the Golden Lion died or when the Lion Fruit appeared.

The fearsome ability had resurfaced in the form of a girl.

"Yes, it's fine for her to join the Marines. As long as she's interested, whether she joins or just trains with your swordsmen, it's all good," Arthur assured them.

Hearing this, the Marines perked up.

If a Lion Fruit user joined the Marines, it would be like gaining an additional lieutenant general. Her potential would surpass that of any elite lieutenant.

However, there were concerns about her loyalty to the Marines and commitment to justice.

Sengoku's expression remained calm as he took a sip of tea, appearing unfazed.

Inside, though, he was weighing the implications. Lieutenant General Tsuru, seated next to him, was having similar thoughts.

A Lion Fruit user, by mere presence, would already be considered a top-tier Marine lieutenant. With her powers, her combat abilities could far exceed expectations.

A candidate with the potential to become an Admiral, and she was only twenty-two or twenty-three years old! It was astounding.

"Why not have her follow Gion? Gion is a strong swordsman, and her kendo skills are impressive," Lieutenant General Tsuru suggested.

"Huh?" Sengoku turned to Tsuru, his expression showing that he thought it was a great idea. "Yes, Gion would be a perfect fit. Let your fiancée train under Gion."

"Gion is only thirty-one, yet her strength is almost on par with an Admiral. Her kendo skills are solid. She's the best match for Jessica," Sengoku said, looking at Arthur with curiosity.

Sengoku hadn't initially considered this option; he was still deliberating whether to let the fiancée of a king who posed a threat to the World Government join the Marines.

But with Tsuru suggesting a suitable candidate, it made it easier for Sengoku to agree.

After all, the current Marine Admiral wasn't even from a franchise country, yet they had still achieved that rank. What could a girl who could only use her Devil Fruit do to challenge an Admiral?

Moreover, Arthur's fiancée was the king of a world franchise.

As long-time partners, they had been together for nearly fifty years. Even if they didn't fully understand Tsuru's motives, they trusted her judgment.

In the Fleet Admiral's office, Z glanced back at Binz, who looked equally puzzled, before turning his attention to Arthur.

"I don't quite understand what King Arthur is asking Binz to do. Is it about growing plants?" Z asked.

Arthur nodded in response, explaining, "Yes, there is a colossal vine in my country that reaches the sky. You all know of it. Now that the sky is being rebuilt, that vine's height is insufficient. I plan to find someone with the plant-based fruit ability to help grow it."

The revelation left everyone dumbfounded, especially Sengoku and Lieutenant General Tsuru. Both had seen that vine, which was over 12,000 meters tall! If Binz was tasked with producing such a vine, it would be overwhelming. Even if it were possible, the effort would be exhausting.

Z, unaware of their astonishment, addressed Arthur, saying, "It's fine to grow the vines, but Binz is a student at the elite training camp. I doubt he can spare much time for this."

"Don't worry! Kojima is just three days away from here. While he helps us, I'll provide him with some valuable training advice. What do you think?" Arthur promised, glancing at Binz.

The others in the office perked up at this.

Although Arthur was only twenty years old, his combat prowess placed him among the world's elite. Any fruit user who could achieve such power in such a short time must have unique insights into fruit abilities and personal training.

During their time together, Binz had closely observed Arthur, particularly intrigued by the accomplishments of the students from the elite training camp. After all, they were all young, but many had already become top powerhouses. There must be a reason for this!

"In that case..." Z frowned, contemplating.

"Sengoku is right. The training camp can't remain isolated. It would be beneficial for you to accompany King Arthur to the Angel Empire. As one of the world's strongest, King Arthur likely has unique insights into cultivation," Lieutenant General Tsuru suggested.

"By going, you can assist King Arthur and also share knowledge," Sengoku added, demonstrating his cleverness.

The strength of the Ten Angel Legion had always been a concern for him. Since Arthur could cultivate such formidable fighters, he must have unique training methods. Furthermore, Arthur's development of the Thunder Fruit was impressive, suggesting that his insights into Devil Fruits were exceptional. Though the trip would be brief, it could yield significant benefits.

Z recognized Sengoku's strategic thinking and nodded in agreement. "If that's the case, I have no objections. What do you think, King Arthur?"

Arthur understood that the Marines were clever, but he smiled and nodded. "If the Marine elites are willing, I have no problem with it. Just make sure not to delay your own duties because of me."

"Of course, King Arthur! Achieving such success at twenty is extraordinary; you surely won't mislead us," Sengoku said, his expression warm and encouraging.

"Thank you, Fleet Admiral Sengoku. Now that we have settled this, I have one more request." Arthur shifted his focus to the next matter.

"Oh? What is it?" Sengoku asked.

"This is my fiancée, Jessica, who has the Lion Fruit ability. She is passionate about kendo. I've heard there are many kendo masters in the Marine, so I hope Jessica can join Marine and train with your swordsmen," Arthur said, gesturing to Jessica, who had remained silent until now.

Arthur had considered Jessica's potential involvement with the Marines carefully. For a powerful organization like the Marine, it would be strategic to establish a connection early on.

Jessica had initially dreamed of adventure, but after learning from Arthur, her aspirations had evolved. Now, she yearned to become a powerful female swordsman, aiming to be the strongest in the world. Arthur had assured her that with a long lifespan, she could achieve greatness, even if it took time.

"Training with Marine's swordsmen?" Several present looked at Jessica, recognizing the significance of her abilities, which were once associated with the notorious Golden Lion.

"Yes, I'm fine with her joining Marine. If she wishes to learn, she can either train with your swordsmen or serve as part of Marine," Arthur replied confidently.

The proposal excited those in the room. A Lion Fruit user within Marine would add significant strength, effectively giving them an additional lieutenant general, and her capabilities would rival even the elite of the Marines.

Sengoku remained composed, sipping tea and appearing unfazed, yet internally, he weighed the implications of this request. Lieutenant General Tsuru, who served as his chief of staff, seemed to be considering the same.

A Lion Fruit user, based on her aura alone, would likely be an elite-level powerhouse. At just twenty-two or twenty-three years old, her potential was immense, reminiscent of the young Admirals of the past.

"In that case, I suggest she follow Gion. Gion is not only a commendable swordsman but also solid in her kendo skills," Lieutenant General Tsuru proposed.

"Huh?" Sengoku turned to Tsuru, realizing the merit in her suggestion. "Yes, Gion would be the most suitable. Jessica, would you like to train under Lieutenant General Gion at headquarters?"

"Absolutely! I have heard of Lieutenant General Gion. She's indeed the best person in Marine to guide me," Jessica replied with enthusiasm, turning to Sengoku and Tsuru.

"Great! I will summon Gion now," Sengoku declared, gesturing to Lieutenant General Tsuru, who retrieved a pink transponder snail from her pocket.

Z saw that his presence was no longer needed and remarked, "Sengoku, Tsuru, Garp, and King Arthur, with our matters settled, I will take Binz back to prepare. We'll meet you at the port, King Arthur."

"Thank you for your assistance!" Arthur responded gratefully.

With that, Z exited the Fleet Admiral's office, leading an eager Binz away.

Now that the recruitment process was underway and Lieutenant General Gion would confirm Jessica's involvement, Arthur could turn his attention to the final preparations for the construction of Sky Island before the recruitment conference concluded.
