--------------------

Fifty kilometers away from Dengtian Island, a dog-headed warship led the way, moving swiftly.

Following it were ten large warships, all manned by lieutenant generals. This fleet could only be assembled by the Demon Slayer Order!

After Garp and Aokiji set out, they were also heading toward this location. However, Aokiji knew Arthur was strong and wanted to gauge his abilities, so he didn't rush forward at full speed.

As they traveled, Aokiji's exclusive transponder snail rang. Normally, the Marine Marshal or Navy officials would use this phone, but this time it was the opportunistic Five Elders from the World Government calling!

Wondering why the Five Elders contacted him directly, Aokiji learned that three Celestial Dragons were on the island—and they were all dead!

Even Garp was shocked by this news! Ten warships followed closely behind.

A few kilometers from Dengtian Island, three undead CP0 agents sat on a giant tree, their faces pale as they watched the island shake violently.

They realized that when they returned, no matter what excuse they made, they would be seen as dead men.

At that moment, a large crack appeared on Dengtian Island, which originally had a radius of 30 kilometers. About a quarter of the island had been split apart.

Kaido had the strongest physical body in the world, with greater strength, endurance, resilience, and explosive power than Arthur. The battle had lasted over two hours, yet he showed no signs of tiring—in fact, he fought even harder.

As for Arthur, his speed and reflexes were stronger than Kaido's, but in other aspects, he was about 30% weaker.

In this savage, primal battle, the wind had died down, and the fight became increasingly intense. Arthur's face reddened as he grew more excited.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The sound echoed as the two combatants unleashed their destructive power on the island, causing it to groan under the strain.

One fighter wielded a purple-black sword wrapped in Armament Haki, while the other held a massive black tree trunk, also wrapped in Armament Haki.

Chop! Chop! Chop! Chop!

With these two simple actions, their destructive force was among the strongest in the world! Even if Whitebeard didn't use his Shock Fruit ability, he would still be at this level.

"I'll kill you, kid!!!" Kaido roared, fighting a twenty-year-old junior in this intense situation. The shame of this battle made him nearly irrational, and his presence resembled that of a wild beast.

In contrast, Arthur felt more joy! This confirmed he had truly become one of the world's top fighters.

"Haha! Kaido, you muscle-bound beast, is this all you've got? Huh?" Arthur laughed wildly, provoking Kaido.

Arthur knew this wasn't Kaido's full strength.

He was only using 60% of his power, relying on the gravitational and repulsive force of the electromagnetic field to make up the difference.

Arthur's taunts further eroded Kaido's sanity.

"Little brat, do you even know who I am? I am Kaido, the beast! Bring it on!" Kaido's body swelled with rage, his dragon scales fully visible on his arms, with more appearing across his body and his head starting to distort.

He was about to undergo the second stage of transformation with his Dragon Fruit

(Uo Uo no Mi).

Seeing this, Arthur felt a surge of power.

In an instant, he summoned a portion of Thunder God's technique. A hundred million volts of electricity flooded his body, causing his size to swell dramatically.

Suddenly, Arthur's strength and physical power increased by ten percent! This boost also enhanced his combat power by 20 percent!

Boom!

Arthur vanished from his position under the tree trunk, dodging Kaido's attack, and reappeared beside him.

"Supernova Slash!"

The Blade of the Thunder Spirit sliced toward Kaido, radiating a heat of over 6,000 degrees.

However, Kaido reacted swiftly, his powerful Armament Haki neutralizing the attack.

Bang!

With a quick motion, he sent Arthur flying, who tumbled about five or six kilometers away, creating a deep scar in the ground.

"Boy, you're still far from winning!" Kaido bellowed, stepping out of the ground that had turned to magma after Arthur's heated attack.

The flowing lava did not harm him at all; even his hair remained untouched.

Bending his legs slightly, Kaido jumped forcefully and charged toward Arthur, who was several kilometers away.

...

Meanwhile, three or four kilometers away, a fleet of warships approached.

Garp, Aokiji, and the lieutenant generals accompanying Garp watched the terrifying scene on the island with serious expressions.

"This guy... can actually fight Kaido like this? He's probably one of the top fighters in the world, like an Admiral!" Lieutenant General Huoshaoshan said in shock, observing the chaos on Dengtian Island.

At that moment, Arthur had just struck Kaido, who was now sent flying. In a flash, Arthur moved with lightning speed and slammed Kaido back into the ground.

The other lieutenants nodded in agreement, all astonished.

It wasn't that they had never seen such a scene before; as lieutenant generals, they had experienced countless battles.

What shocked them was that a twenty-year-old young man, just half their age, was fighting Kaido with such skill.

Mole said, "Aokiji Admiral, isn't the king of this newly joined country a devil fruit user? This doesn't look quite the same."

Aokiji's expression turned serious, a hint of curiosity breaking through his usual laid-back demeanor.

"That's true. He possesses the Thunder Fruit (Goro Goro no Mi), and he wields Conqueror's Haki. His Observation Haki should be the strongest in the world, and his Conqueror's Haki may be unmatched as well. If it's true he defeated Shanks in a clash of Conqueror's Haki a year and a half ago..."

"What? His Conqueror's Haki could be the best in the world?" The lieutenants were astonished, having felt the power of Shanks' Conqueror's Haki before.

"Mr. Garp, should we intervene?" asked the ghost spider.

Garp frowned and replied, "Huh? You want to go? It looks like they're evenly matched!"

Aokiji considered this for a moment and finally said, "After all, Arthur is the new king of the franchise, and Kaido is our responsibility. We should help."

"We need to subdue Kaido as soon as possible!"

The lieutenant generals hesitated. Should they really get involved in a battle between two fighters with such terrifying power?

It seemed beyond their reach...

Garp, usually serious in such matters, finally said, "Aokiji, you go in first and create a battlefield. The island is about to sink. After that, we'll capture Kaido!"

"Ugh, this is a headache. Do we really have to catch that monster?" Aokiji sighed at the thought of capturing Kaido. He had participated in capture operations before, but it often felt futile.

Despite his reluctance, Aokiji leaped off the ship.

As he hit the water, he whispered, "Ice Age."

Click!

The entire sea within a hundred-kilometer radius froze instantly.

Seeing this, Garp instructed, "You all stay here. I'll join Kuzan."

With that, Garp jumped off the ship and rushed toward the battlefield alongside Aokiji.

At this moment, Arthur and Kaido, who were locked in combat, sensed two powerful presences approaching.

They both momentarily recovered from their frantic fighting.

Although their actions remained intense, they continued their battle, unleashing their terrifying Conqueror's Haki.

Boom!

The two Conqueror's Haki clashed, neither giving way. Arthur's Haki overpowered Kaido's and impacted Garp and Aokiji as they arrived.

The clouds in the sky parted again, stretching from the central battlefield toward Garp.

Suddenly confronted by such powerful Haki, both Garp and Aokiji found themselves momentarily frozen in shock.

Yet, as Admiral-class powerhouses, they quickly regained their composure, feeling uncomfortable under the weight of the Haki.

"Go!" Kaido shouted, but not at Arthur.

At the same time, although Arthur remained silent, his Conqueror's Haki radiated a terrifying aura.

"Huh?" Garp paused. Aokiji also stopped upon noticing this.

"What's wrong, Mr. Garp?" Aokiji inquired, glancing at Garp.

Garp turned around and walked away, casually digging his nostrils, discomfort evident on his face. "The kid doesn't want us near the central station, so he's letting them fight it out. If he wanted help, he would have insisted we join him."

"This..." Aokiji turned to look back, the previously frozen sea now rumbling as the central station cracked under the strain.

"Let's go, Kuzan! That kid might be hoping for a good fight," Garp said, pinching his nose as he continued on.

At the heart of the island, Arthur sensed the impending departure. He and Kaido simultaneously withdrew their Conqueror's Haki.

In the next moment, both combatants regained their composure, filled with fierce fighting spirit.

"Boy, I admit you're strong, but I will definitely kill you! That dragon is mine!" Kaido roared, reverting to his full human form as his strength surged.

Arthur stared at Kaido, his body crackling with electricity. "Hua Shen, second phase!"

A torrent of 300 million volts coursed through him, and Arthur's size instantly surged to 3.5 meters, transforming him into a muscular giant.

"You talk a big game about killing me, but do you really think you stand a chance?" he retorted.

Boom!

Boom!

The ground cracked, and the sky darkened ominously.

Their clash resembled a battle between gods, wreaking havoc on their surroundings.

The fight raged on...

By the sixth day, both fighters had unleashed all their techniques.

Arthur's armor lay shattered, his upper body exposed, and his pants torn. A pair of wings looked slightly ragged, feathers tangled.

On the other hand, Kaido was shirtless, his appearance seemingly unchanged. Yet, he bore deep wounds from multiple strikes, though his remarkable resilience concealed his suffering.

By the seventh day, both warriors had played every card they had.

The once-thriving Dengtian Island had vanished. The vast ice field Aokiji had frozen earlier had also disintegrated into floes.

Arthur soared into the sky, panting heavily. Had it not been for the assistance of electromagnetic fields, he would have been utterly exhausted.

After seven days of relentless combat, Arthur had exhausted most of his resources.

Gravity manipulation, repulsion, intense heat, electromagnetic forces, lightning, and physical confrontation—he had employed them all. What remained was the final trump card.

Kaido was in a similar position.

After transforming into a dragon, he had unleashed his full might but had not significantly diminished Arthur's strength.

Now, with the island and ice field gone, Arthur was forced to remain airborne.

Fortunately, flying provided him with a sense of freedom similar to fighting on land.

Kaido could not fly. After taking several hits, he roared in desperation and hurled himself upward.

The dragon emerged before the world.

On the day the battle began, Morgans, the industry leader, had already dispatched people to begin broadcasting the event.

Now, the entire world was watching! Kaido's transformation elicited gasps from many.

All nations in the New World were tuned in: Whitebeard, the Red-Haired Pirate, Big Mom, Doflamingo, and various underground kings.

In the World Government, the Five Elders, officials, and even Celestial Dragons were glued to the spectacle.

Across the Grand Line and the Four Seas, this unprecedented global war was being broadcasted live.

As Kaido, now a dragon, soared through the air, Arthur realized the final showdown was imminent.

"Five hundred and fifty million volts! Third phase transformation!"

Crackling with energy, Arthur's body expanded from three meters to five meters, becoming a towering giant with a combat power increased by 70%—a reflection of his current capabilities nearing their limit.

"Four hundred million volts, Weizhuang Thor Armor!"

After enlarging, Arthur whispered again, and thunder erupted around him.

He immediately formed a purple-black armor, his wings transforming to match, with feathers hardened like iron.

"Kill!"

"Roar!"

The two combatants charged at each other simultaneously.

Boom!

The world trembled and rumbled under their collision.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The shockwaves radiated outward. Each clash resonated like sonic weapons, echoing through the air like a powerful gale.

Two days passed, and both fighters began to show signs of exhaustion. Even Kaido struggled to maintain his stamina.

In the past, his injuries would heal rapidly, but now recovery was becoming sluggish.

The scales on the dragon's body were scorched and shed, and numerous dragon scales had been knocked off, causing blood to seep from his wounds. The flesh gradually healed, but the process was slow.

Arthur was no better off; scars marred his body. A deep gash from Kaido's claws marred his abdomen.

Finally, on the tenth day of battle, after one last desperate push, Kaido roared in defeat and plummeted from the sky.

Kaido had finally reached his limit!

At this point, Arthur still had some reserves, but he could only sustain himself for another hour and a half.

His resolve hardened; Arthur understood he had to be ruthless.

As he descended from the sky, standing next to Kaido, he deliberately slowed his approach, savoring the moment.

Noticing the merciless look in Arthur's eyes, Kaido smirked weakly, "Little devil, I truly underestimated you! I never imagined you had this kind of combat power. But you think you can kill me? Dream on. No one in this world has ever killed me, and neither will you!"

"Really? I know that. But I don't want to kill you; I want to leave you a reminder!"

In the distance, a warship approached swiftly.

On the bow, Garp, Aokiji, and other Marines gazed at the two fighters on the ice floe, disbelief etched on their faces, as if caught in a dream.

'The Four Emperors Kaido, the world's strongest creature by sea, land, and air, has been defeated?!'

They were in shock. As the ship drew near, they sensed an unusual movement.

Standing next to Kaido, Arthur felt a sense of relief. He raised his right hand, shaping it like a knife, as lightning began to gather.

Gradually, Arthur's hand transformed into a searing light source, resembling a small sun.

"Kaido, remember this mark left by the god of my angel empire, the king of angels, and god Arthur!"

With a swift motion, he plunged his hand, radiating a temperature between 40,000 to 50,000 degrees, deep into Kaido's heart.

Kaido's eyes widened, sensing the impending threat. Though he wouldn't die, he knew he would suffer greatly. Summoning the last of his Armament Haki, he braced for impact.

Squeak!

It sounded like metal grinding against steel as Arthur's hand collided with Kaido's armored chest.

Finally, his hand pierced Kaido's defense, pushing halfway inside, but the final inch refused to budge.

The flesh on Kaido's chest became charred and foul-smelling. Though accustomed to pain, Kaido grimaced.

Arthur realized that leaving this mark on Kaido was likely his limit.

Withdrawing his hand, he sat down to recover his strength.

Meanwhile, the warship approached rapidly, but at a cautious pace. Kaido, being a resilient warrior, might still find a way to rise again.
