These four were Neptune, the King of Fish-Man Island, and his three sons, Fukaboshi, Ryuboshi, and Manboshi.
Their eyes were full of worry, but when they saw the teardrops in Shirahoshi's eyes, they all sighed in relief.
Then, they noticed Arthur, who was hovering in the air, looking at them.
Neptune frowned, his expression serious. Although his daughter was unharmed, he gazed at Arthur with caution and annoyance.
"What are you... an angel?" Neptune began to question Arthur but then noticed something unusual.
He saw that Arthur was flying in mid-air with two large white wings flapping behind him.
However, Neptune immediately thought of Devil Fruits and wasn't surprised. He continued, "Who are you? Why did you break into the Ryugu Palace alone, and even into my daughter's residence, the Hard Shell Tower?"
Neptune questioned Arthur, and the three princes of Ryugu Palace stared at Arthur seriously.
At this moment, no one was curious about Arthur's wings anymore, obviously assuming they were some kind of Zoan Devil Fruit ability.
"I am the King of Angels from Sky Island. I came here to form an alliance with you!" Arthur declared his purpose directly.
"Huh?" Everyone frowned, clearly not believing Arthur's words.
As a king, Neptune remained calm. After pondering for a while, he asked, "Form an alliance with me? Without prior notice, how can you prove that you are the King of Angels from Sky Island?"
"As far as I know, angels do not have such large wings, and they rarely contact the Blue Sea, let alone come to Fish-Man Island! The angels who have been to Fish-Man Island in the past eight hundred years are countable!"
"So tell us your true purpose!" Neptune demanded after stating what he knew.
Arthur frowned. Indeed, his wings were unusually large, making him look different from the typical Sky Island angel.
"I am indeed an angel. The wings are just a way to show my growth."
"Enough!" Fukaboshi, the eldest prince, said, showing the authority of his father.
"Although we live in the deep sea, we have some records about Sky Island and the angels. Angels do not have such large wings, and they rarely come to Fish-Man Island. Only three or four times in 800 years."
"If the wings of Sky Island angels could grow bigger, why hasn't it happened in the past 800 years? You're just a Zoan Devil Fruit user. Stop deceiving us and tell us your true purpose!"
Fukaboshi's words earned everyone's approval, and they nodded in agreement, glaring at Arthur more vigilantly.

Realizing the winged figure before them was indeed not a Zoan fruit user, Neptune frowned and looked at Arthur carefully.

At that moment, Ryuboshi suddenly said, "Father, do you remember a few months ago when my brothers and I told you about a strange encounter? The person called himself the king of Sky Island. His voice was very similar to this man's."
When Ryuboshi mentioned this, Fukaboshi and Manboshi remembered and nodded.
Arthur nodded too and said, "Yes, that voice was indeed mine a few months ago. I saw some pirate scum and struck them down with lightning. Do you believe me now?"
Feeling that Arthur wasn't lying, Neptune said, "Well, we were too hasty in our judgment. But what are you doing here? Why did you come to Ryugu Palace alone?"
"I've already said, I am here as the god of Sky Island and the king of angels to discuss an alliance with you, the king of Fish-Man Island!" Arthur said solemnly.
"As for entering here alone, I just didn't know how to get in. Then I saw a huge sword flying here, so I used lightning to shape it into an elliptical sphere, got inside, and followed it."
As Arthur finished speaking, a report came from the soldiers outside the Hard Shell Tower: "Your Majesty Neptune, there is indeed a somewhat deformed elliptical sphere outside."
Hearing this, Neptune frowned, thinking of the person who constantly caused them headaches—Vander Decken IX.
