As I slumped on the armrest, exhaustion washed over me after utilizing Lucas' body. This marked the second time I had tapped into such power, and each time it left me drained and disoriented. As much as I recognized the potential of this ability, I also realized the urgent need for long-term practice to gain control over it.
The experience had been both exhilarating and terrifying. I had temporarily inhabited Lucas' body, gaining access to his senses and abilities. It was as if I could see and feel the world through a different lens, yet I was acutely aware of the responsibility that came with such power.
Controlling this ability was essential not only to avoid draining my own energy but also to ensure that I respected the boundaries and privacy of others. It was a gift that demanded restraint and ethical consideration.
