ARI'S POINT OF VIEW
"Arrg!" I moaned in pain, clutching my throbbing head. "What is happening?" I tried to touch my forehead, only to realize that I couldn't move my arm.
Panic set in as I looked around, trying to make sense of my surroundings. My heart pounded in my chest as I slowly opened my eyes, blinking rapidly to adjust to the blinding light.
"Where am I?" I asked, my voice shaky. There was no response; it seemed I was alone in the room. Fear wrapped its icy tendrils around me as I struggled to recall how I ended up in this bewildering situation.
As my senses gradually adjusted to the brightness, I noticed a faint hum in the background, indicating some sort of machinery nearby. I felt an overwhelming sense of disorientation, unable to recall recent events or how I got here.
