Vlad could see the happiness in their eyes. He didn't mind that one reason they chose to side with him was his ability to make them stronger. After all, that was a perfectly good reason to choose a leader, and he would definitely reward those who proved their loyalty.
Next came the massive bald soldier who also stood up and adopted a military stance like Frank but less graceful.
"My name is Clasius Klain. I am a Level 2 Warrior. I have no bloodline, but I do have a Gift. Although, this one is even lamer than Frank's."
Clasius let out a small laugh as he said that but did not lose focus and carried on.
"My Gift is Weight Touch. It grants me the ability to significantly increase the weight of any object I touch, up to two times its weight, by focusing my Force and directing it through my hands into the object. It requires deep concentration on my intent to increase the object's weight. The last time I used it in battle, I was almost killed by a demon due to my lack of focus on the battlefield."
Vlad's eyes narrowed as he heard those words; the skill was actually very impressive. It seemed like a weak Gift, but if properly mastered, it could make Clasius extremely powerful.
"Mmm, I might have something that could help you harness your Gift properly."
"Great! I'll be in your care, Boss!"
Clasius smiled and nodded before sitting back down. It was finally time for Roman to stand up. The man was certainly a pretty boy, with a handsome face and lean body. Of course, he was also a soldier who had fought against the horde of demons, so appearances could be deceiving.
"I am Roman Zerpent. I am a Level 1 Mage. I lack a bloodline and have a Gift called Wind Rider. It allows me to manipulate the air currents around me, and if I channel my Magic properly, I can make it very sharp. It's not more powerful than Magic Missile and has a short range, but it consumes a very low amount of energy."
Unlike Frank and Clasius, Roman's Gift seemed to be very useful, but as Vlad heard the description, he could not help but frown.
"I have knowledge regarding Gifts similar to yours, and it is very powerful, with great potential, but it's not really meant for the Mage Path."
Roman was delighted when he heard the first part, as a powerful Gift would be immensely helpful, yet his smile froze when he heard it was not meant for the Mage Path. There was no reason for Vlad to lie to him, and there was nothing he could do about it now.
The rest of the people in the room looked at Roman with sympathetic smiles. After all, he had a great Gift but had chosen the Mage Path, and there was no way to revert it.
Or at least that was what everyone thought. After choosing a Mage Path, there did not seem to be a way to train the Warrior Path, but they were wrong.
"There's no need to be discouraged. You can change your Path if you desire. It is not easy, but neither is it too hard, especially if you are just a Level 1. The first step is to erase all your Magic Water. Normally, this would be dangerous and harmful as it would involve the elimination of a piece of your Sea of Consciousness, but through Origin Force, you can negate all the damage."
"I will give you the technique to cleanse your Sea of Consciousness, before passing down a new cultivation technique to you. I will pass down one to each of you as the one that the Plane Will handed is too basic and following it, we would be stuck after losing access to Origin Force."
Immediately, smiles appeared on the faces of the people in the room. All of them had a cultivation rune in their Soul Dimension, but other than to describe the basics of their paths, it did nothing else, and trying to gather energy through their methods was too slow and complicated, so obtaining a new one was excellent.
It was time for the second female of the group, Amara. Before Vlad had not focused much on her, and the woman tended to cover her figure with her military clothing and hat, but now that he focused on her, he had to admit she was stunning.
Amara's face was gorgeous, with brown hair, clear eyes, and a delicate yet seemingly well-trained body.
"I am Amara Althin. A Level 2 Warrior. I have no bloodline and no Gift. I am proficient in the use of a short sword and dagger."
Of the entire group, it seemed that Amara was the weakest, but Vlad did not really care about the lack of power or ability. Although he did not know the rules and principles behind the obtainment of a Gift, there were many ways to improve your power such as bloodlines and runes.
"And I am Jormungandr, a Level 1 Mage. I have a Guardian Tier Bloodline and no Gift."
The last one to present himself was the small yellow cat, and he stood his head high on Vlad's shoulder. Those were the presentations, or at least they were supposed to be.
"Woof, woof, woof, woof!"
The small white dog began to bark after seeing that everybody presented themselves, and he wanted to do the same.
"¡Hahahaha!"
Vlad just laughed at Oro's behavior, and that was how their night ended.
