As night started to fall, Alice returned on Sweetnight's back. She jumped down and rushed inside, "Lilia, I got the flower." She handed them a full satchel. Liam walked into the kitchen where they were mixing the medicine. "Is everything ready?"
"Yeah, it'll be done in an hour." Lilia replied.
"Alice, want to come with us?" He asked with a smile.
"Nah, I'll remain here and protect the mansion if needed. Since we got attacked by assassins once, I suspect they'll attack us several times more." She sat on a chair, "Especially at night. Keep Melany with me as well, she's good at fighting in darkness, you can take Valtorina with you."
Liam walked out, "Valtorina, it seems that only you and I are going."
"Wait!" Walter called him, "You're going to his mansion? I'll go with you, and we'll take some royal guards. I'm sure he'll resist arrest and investigation. At least try and delay it."
