Benedict looked at Liam with a smile, "Hm…to think someone would beat Roberta. I really thought she was the strongest guard I've got, but she ended up losing to a random thug with two coppers to his name."
He lifted his hand and grabbed his necklace, "Bugs keep crawling around my house…it's exhausting." Benedict disappeared in a flash leaving nothing but faint mist and smoke.
Liam looked around the office, "That wasn't a normal teleportation spell, he didn't go that far." He smiled, approaching the desk and then looked at the bookshelves in the back. "Found you." He grabbed them by the edge and shoved everything aside, unveiling a large wooden door with magic symbols engraved on it.
"I know it, a demon's sanctuary." He giggled, "To think one of those was left."
