Hannah looked at her sister with wide eyes as her brows furrowed together and a tiny frown found its way to rest on her face. "What are you trying to say here?" She asked, genuinely confused as she had a puzzled look that masked her features.
Another laugh erupted from Alexandra's lips, her eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "I know about you and Elisha, about how the two of you are friends," she began and paused briefly for a dramatic effect. "And... " She trailed off, flashbacks from the hospital crossed her mind in that moment. "I also know that you are faking your cancer. You were never really sick at all, were you?" She asked bluntly as she leaned forward, coming face to face with Hannah, their faces only inches apart, a taunting smile resting on her lips.
The words that came out of Alexandra's mouth sent a shiver down Hannah's spine instantly when realisation finally dawned on her.
