The hospital was busy as usual.
The moment the three of them stepped foot inside, they were greeted by the sounds of chatting and the low humming and beeping of the machines. Their eyes scanned the area searching for something, until their gazes landed on the counter. Immediately, they ran towards the counter in a hurry, closing the distance in a few big strides.
The woman at the counter looked up and the corners of her lips twitched upwards into a polite smile. "Good evening, ma'am. How may I help you today?"
"Hi, good evening," Alexandra greeted as she let a smile fall on her face. "May I know who is the doctor in charge of doing paternity tests? I would like to get one for myself," she lied flawlessly without even blinking once.
