Elisha had fallen right into their trap.
Just like what the couple had expected, as soon as they showed up at the dress appointment, they noticed two familiar figures standing by the entrance of the bridal dress boutique. As if on cue, the two women whipped their heads around at the sound of footsteps approaching them. They soon found themselves staring into the familiar pair of eyes.
A brief moment of silence hung in the air as they walked towards them, closing the gap between them.
"Mum? What are you doing here?" Caleb asked, his deep voice was laced with a hint of surprise as he broke the silence. "Why is Elisha here with you?" He sneered with displease as his eyes flickered over to glare at Elisha this time while Alexandra acted surprised at their unannounced presence.
"How did you know we are here?" Alexandra asked this time, chiming in before the two women standing before them had a chance to answer him.
