There was no reason for Alexandra to stay there any longer. Seeing her father watch as his wife and daughter were taken away by the officers, a slight smirk tugged at the corners of her lips and a wave of satisfaction washed over her. Guess one could say that they got what they deserved after all.
"Come on Kels, let's go," she urged as she reached out to grab Kelly's arm, pulling her away. "Nothing else for us to see here." Without saying another word, the two friends walked out of the police station when a gust of cool air blew past them and ruffled their hair.
She merely left the station for less than a minute when she heard heavy footsteps coming from behind her and her father's angry voice reached her ears as he followed behind her.
