Alexandra stared at Elisha's smug face as her brows knitted together in confusion. A puzzled look was etched onto her face as the sudden accusation was tossed at her, rendering her speechless for a split second.
Beside Alexandra, Caleb's features darkened visibly as he glared at his supposed bride, the woman that his mother forced him to marry. Anger rose in his chest as he inhaled deeply and clenched his jaw tightly.
"What the hell are you talking about, Elisha?" He spat, each word laced with venom that could kill. "Alexandra did not steal your bracelet, and you yourself know it," he remarked, implying that Elisha had attempted to frame Alexandra for something she didn't do. He knew that there was no way that Alexandra would do something like this. She wasn't that dumb to do it in public too.
